      Do not expect 1080p HDTV quaility with this DV HDMI

      I was disappointed with the 720p resolution I got from mirroring the "Retina" display and THEN read the Apple Web site. Check Apple Web site first!       Outrageously overpriced

      This adapter did not function well at all. Half the time the TV does not recognize the signal. The rest of the time the image was poor. It is excessively overpriced for what it is and performs poorly. This is an absolute insult from apple.

      Works well with the iPad (4th generation) and iPhone 5

      Works well at mirroring iPad 4th generation and iPhone 5 via HDMI cable. Tried it with photos and video and worked well.

      not cheap but...

      i have tried only 1 other adapter. it was not cheap either...$30. but it didn't work. i paid $55 for this adapter out the door. it worked and was plug n play; i have tried only 1 other adapter. it was not cheap either...$30. but it didn't work. i paid $55 for this adapter out the door. it worked and was plug n play; recognized by my stuff immediately. as always...we always want more. can we get it to charge my phone while it entertains? i was using it with my projector and speaker while waiting on my next flight and it died. i am greedy. i know. get over it.

      Not Reliable

      Works great when it decides to work, then just goes black on the screen while maintaining the audio. I'll be returning it.
