How can I get an Ipad(Wifi + cellular) without any contract with AT&T or any other company?

You have to choose which cellular model you want. I was advised to get the Verizon model, so I bought it from Apple, then just called Verizon a few days later and got their cheapest plan, which is $20 /month, without a contract. You can skip any month you want. I rarely use more than half the data that the $20 covers.

I have never regretted buying the cellular model.

  • It is simple. You go into settings and purchase the amount of data you wish to use for 30 days. It will ask for your name and credit card number. At the end of the 30 days, it will automatically renew, unless you cancel or change the amount of data the day before.

  • You buy the iPad full price anyways there are no subsidiaries prices for them. It just depends which model do you need and which country you are planning to visit so you can take advantage of the LTE around the world.
