Should I get the new iPad or the iPad 2
I am in the process of buying an ipad. The only things is which one ipad2 or the new one. For extra vision is one of my concern. I will not be using the new ipad for great amounts of photographs.
My uses will be emails, skype and googling. Thanks for your answers.

For you, the iPad 2 is great. The cameras on the iPad 2 are sufficient for video calling and casual photography. Also because you will only be doing casual web surfing and checking emails, you should not need the fastest processor or a lot of storage. The 16 GB iPad 2 should be a great option for you.

To me, that is akin to asking if you should use the old outhouse, or pay the extra for the indoor toilet. Your needs may be what they are now, but once you begin to use the I-Pad, you will find yourself using a host of Apps that you had not envisioned when you made the original purchase.
I think it is a no-brainer to go with the most current, up to date hardware.

I think you should also consider whether you have other Apple products.
My decision to go with the 2 was finalized when I realized the newest iPad requires the lightning plug and not the older 30-pin plug that I already have many accessories compatible with.
