    Usability for visually impaired

Overall an easy to use system, however the inability to increase the font sizes across the system makes it difficult for visual impaired users. Changing the resolution is not an option as this just makes the picture fuzzy. Please consider this when developing future OS.

Made me want to go back to Windows

Apple under Steve Jobs stood for being a company that released innovative yet SIMPLE and INTUITIVE products that worked FLAWLESSLY. This update, however, is like a sad Windows Vista patch that just tried to make things look superficially better.

After I updated my Macbook Pro (because a program required it, not because I wanted, given the reviews), it runs much slower, trying to handle the useless and complicated new iMail layout, the new annoying update messages, the confusing multiple-desktop interface, etc.

I am not falling for this buy-a-new-Apple-product-that-can-handle-the-updates game. I feel as if I was being tried to take advantage of. My next computer will probably be a Windows again.

Apple, you are doing it wrong - no wonder has the stock value sharply fallen.

It's like going back to windows....

£1000 Mac Book Pro - now runs like my previous windows laptop, slow to boot, various apps crash and a number of apps no longer work "power pc applications no longer supported".
£13.99 not well spent me thinks.

It was a major mistake to upgrade it now

Maybe it depends what do you intend to do with your computer and maybe as different software programs start working with Mountain Lion, it won't be so bad, but right now, I, like many other users have been experiencing issues where everything has slowed down, including browsing the web, and the software programs that used to work well on Lion are either not working at all, or are giving errors. This operating system has been a source of major frustration for me. I'm having a challenge starting Parallels. If you're just using basic Mac software, then you may not mind the upgrade.
