    Love it

Lot of negative reviews for this product, and I'll admit that the price was a tough pill to swallow, but I've never looked back. It's the perfect carry on, holds all my cables, a battery pack for my phone, and the laptop with ease. Zippers work smoothly and tuck away inside of little flaps that not only streamline but also provide some degree of weatherproofing. Charging zipper is a nice addition and provides access to usb as well to charge your phone while your computer is plugged in. A hearty feeling strap that has taken lots of abuse. Great job incase!

Weak strap attachements failed quickly, tight for accessories

Bought two years ago - looks almost the same, but might be the predecessor.
Though the bag saw very little use, the strap attachment on one side tore unexpectedly resulting in a dropped and damaged laptop.
    Looks pretty; badly made.
    Can't recommend it.

The Best Bag on the Planet.

The lighter the better. I carry a Macbook Pro 13" Retina on my shoulder all day visit customers. The more room you have the more garbage you stuff in. You get use to doing without. If I go out of town I put the charger in my carryon bag. The weight on my should and the small form factor on the bag is what is important. Some business cards and a Daytimer and some meds and I'm good.

    Broken Zipper

Great product in theory, but like another reviewer I had the zipper on the charging port opening break after light use with no stress whatsoever. Seems like a problem with the design since the zipper has to manage a very sharp curve around the edge of the case. Would be a five-start rating otherwsie.

I should have went with something else.

I was so excited when I received this bag. I needed something that was cute and easy to carry for school. I liked everything about the bag which is why I gave it 2 stars, super cute, functional, & comfortable. BUT I was very disappointed after using the bag only TWO times. I was using the second zipper to charge my laptop easily. Once it was done charging I zippered it up.... but it didn't close. Then I tried zipping it up in the other direction.... still didn't closed. The zipper just does NOT close. This was only my SECOND time using it and I was not being aggressive with the zipper, it just stopped zipping closed. So now I have a open zipper on my bag and every time it rains i need to worry about water getting into my Mac (and it has happened due to this problem). There goes $60 that I'll never see again. And now I need to buy a different bag and spend more money!

    my favourite laptop bag

This is my favourite laptop bag. I've had 2 other Incase laptop sling bags and always found the fit and finish great. They're also practical and what's important for me... not too bulky.
When I had to get a new bag for my wife's 13" Macbook I searched around a bit and found the Applestore to be cheaper than Best Buy and Futureshop... surprisingly.
I especially like the add features like fur lining, and the charging opening.

    Too small!

If using the 13" model to hold a 13" MacBook Pro and iPad, this sleeve is too tight and really doesn't leave enough room for cables, etc. I traded mine in for the 15" Sling Sleeve Deluxe, and am MUCH happier.

Incase 13" Sling Sleeve Deluxe for MacBook Pro

I ordered this product and quite frankly I expected better quality from Incase. It's an okay protective bag for my MacBook Pro, but I think it is overpriced.
