Request Merchandise
Are you hosting a user group event? Would you like some giveaways such as pens or notepads? Apple would like to help whenever possible. Have your group's Ambassador make a request on Apple Sales Web.
Apple Sales Web
User groups can access training materials, product information, and Apple merchandise by logging into Apple Sales Web. Each recognized Apple Ambassador receives access to ASW. Each group should appoint one person to be the group Ambassador. The Ambassador is often the group president, but could be any responsible leader of the group. If you have questions about this service, we likely have the answers.

Apple is opening dozens of its own retail stores around the United States. Meet with the manager of a store in your area to discuss ways you can work together. If you need help, write to usergroups@apple.com.
Apple Resellers
Apple authorized resellers also enjoy creating partnerships with local user groups. Apple Specialists or other resellers in your area may help with presenters and equipment. Also, many CompUSAs feature Apple-badged employees who would like to learn more about your group.
Other Companies
Many companies send presenters to user groups whenever possible. Others can send demonstration materials and scripts that can help you offer exciting, informative meetings.
Your School
Ask your faculty advisor to present at a meeting. Or, ask some of the managers in your information technology department if theyll participate. Motivational speakers can come from the student activities office. Alumni are also a top resource for speakers.
Your Classes
When your classes create iMovies for final projects, invite students to come to your meetings to present their creations. If you have access to a large projection screen or theater, students will especially love to show off their work.
Your Group
Often, some of the best presentations are from your own user group members. They can use resources from Apple available through Apple Sales Web, or they can showcase their own material.
