About US Type Coins
This application has three sections the first section is the US Type Coins. In this section, all the different denominations are explored and allows the collector to know what years the coins where minted by Type. For example, Dimes are familiar denomination, however since 1796 there have been 7 design (type) changes to the overall appearance of the dime. The application instantly assists the collector by providing the range of the mintage of the coins for each time and for each denomination.

The second section pertains to the US Mint, which produces all coinage since the late 1700s. There is information about addresses, phone numbers, and brief history about currently active and inactive US Mints.

The third section provides references to Online Coin Sites to increase productivity in decision making and educational needs. These sites will assist the collector when instant research is required to be able to make a more informed decision about future purchases, current values, and general information about the hobby.
