About Quasi Clipboard
iPhone doesn’t have a way to copy and paste. While this will hopefully be changed in a software update from Apple, I have created Quasi Clipboard to help out until then.

Here’s what Quasi clipboard does: It puts a text box on a web page.

You type something in that text box (for example, a UPS tracking number), tap the “OK” button, then go to another page (say, ups.com or fedex.com). While on that page, you tap the bookmark for Quasi Clipboard, tap the “Get” button, and the text you copied shows up in a box on the new page.

Follow that? Basically, you type any text you want to copy, and then it shows up on a different page. Granted, it’s not full copy and paste, but it is easier than switching up and back between pages.

Installation Instructions:
This app uses a bookmarklet, so installation is a little different from other webapps. You will need to install from your computer. Download the bookmark and add it to your bookmarks in Safari or IE, then sync your iPhone and it will be ready.
