No. It’s is only for QI Wireless devices.

Apple Watch uses Apples own propriety wireless charge system which is 2W.
There is a USB socket at the rear where you can plug in a Apple Watch charging cable and charge you Apple Watch this way.

I don’t think Apple updated them to be wireless charging compatible. Although there is a port in to I don’t think Apple updated them to be wireless charging compatible. Although there is a port in to back to plug an Apple Watch charger. The same port can be used to plug a IPod charger to charge your iPod.
