Use mouse on iPad Pro?

I've been told that an Apple Magic Mouse will work on the latest iPad. Is this true? Everything I can find online indicates that iPads do not support mice but I can't find anything more recent than 2016 on this issue.

I am sorry to say that Apple does not currently support the use of a mouse or trackpad on any iOS device. Hopefully this will change in the future, but until then we will be stuck using the touchscreen.

  • I done the research for Mouse + iPad. Answer is:
    1) No, if you use at iOS platform
    2) Yes, if you use via iPad/iPhone APP: Remote Desktop (e.g. JumpDesk) to Mac/Windows.
For 2) you need a special tuned mouse like Citrix Mouse or Swiftpoint GT.
Sad to tell you, both mouse are about USD100 and more.
