Is the cable supposed to latch into the device?
It seems that every charging cable I have is loose when plugged into my Ipad. I remember at one time this type of connector securely latched into it's mate on a device. You had to press buttons on the side to release it. When the cable isn't secure in it's mate it won't charge. Thanks for your help.
