No.
Apple AirPort base stations with hard drive support (AirPort Extreme or Time Capsule,) do not support DLNA. They do not share any content on any attached or internal hard drive except through CIFS / SMB ("Windows" style networking,) or AFP ("Mac OS" style networking.) Any attached or internal hard drive appears as a file share, and that is it.
If your media device supports mounting a CIFS or SMB network share, then it could connect to the AirPort through file sharing.- Answered by Ed H from Portland
