it is not water resistant or water proof but it can handle heavy sweat and a little accidental splash or two if you have already got water on them and broke them then go to https: / / www. beats by dre. com / register (no spaces) to see if your warranty is still valid good luck

I don't have these headphones yet, but I'm familiar enough with Apple products to know that if they were waterproof it would say in the specs. So I would say no, these headphones are not waterproof.
