Working on MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017), and I have 2 A1407 27" Thunderbolt Displays.

If both Thunderbolt ports are of the Tb3 type, yes. If one or both are Tb2/1, another cable may suit you directly, but using this with an adapter is worth considering. #FutureProof
