  • Yes, returns will work the same as a normal product return. The customer is able to return the Powerbeats Pro within a 14 day period commencing after the purchase. The Powerbeats themselves will need to be in virtually the same condition as they were when initially bought - i.e. no major scratches or signs of damage.
