This depends. The lightning cable end will fit into your 5c for sure, however it depends on what model of MacBook and how old it is to determine whether or not the USB-C end will fit. The compatibility list is also above.

It’s not disclosed anywhere how much current that cable can carry, but is should be up to 5a at 20v if it follows the guidelines of usb-c power delivery. But what I’m sure of is that is carries atleast 3,5a at 9v (my own test result with an iPhone X and an iPhone Xs smart battery case combined fast charging)

The cable that came with the I pad pro will be a standard square type USB cable. it will not be USB C.
Although the new iPad can utilize the new fast charge feature it has not been sold along with the USB cable, a separate purchase must be made.
If your GoPro uses USB-C and your iPad uses a Lightning cable, then yes it will physically work to plug them both in together. That being said, support for connecting those two devices together (as in actually allowing them to exchange data) is dependent on the GoPro's software compatibility to be plugged directly into an iOS device... and that's something you'll need to check with them for. If they say you can plug into an iPad using a USB-C to Lightning cable then yes, this one will do the job just fine for you.

I want to purchase a USB-C to Lightning Cable to fast-charge my iPhone Xs. I'm assuming I'll be able to use my USB-C charger from my MacBook Pro (2017), but if I plug this cable directly into my MacBook Pro instead, will it still fast-charge? Because that's usually what I'd be plugging it into.
Also, do all Apple Power Adaptors (with USB-C) enable fast charging with this cable?
