Offering a smarter way to recover, the JAXJOX Foam RollerConnect fitness device uses the power of connected technology to track and optimize muscle recovery. Through five intensity zones, RollerConnect activates sore or injured muscles by vibrating at optimal frequencies.
At the touch of a button, you can select the workout activity that you've just completed and the foam roller then determines how long you should recover and at what intensity level. Or if you want to take control, you can switch to manual mode and choose a preferred intensity level. Then track your progress from your Apple Watch or iPhone using the JAXJOX and Apple Health apps.
Recover with intelligence
Whether you have a sore back from performing deadlifts or tight hamstrings from biking uphill, JAXJOX uses a proprietary algorithm to analyze workout activity and then calculate the appropriate duration and intensity level of vibration for an effective recovery. All you do is select your activity and a target muscle group and it will automatically predict the duration and intensity level, providing you with the most effective way to recover.
Choose your mode of operation
Automatic mode (recommended) helps you recover more efficiently by customizing the recovery process according to your recently completed activity. Foam RollerConnect guides you through a pre-programmed routine with a preset duration and intensity level, relieving post-exercise muscle fatigue and soreness along the way. Manual mode allows you to set your own preferred duration and adjust the intensity level throughout your recovery session.
Monitor your recovery
Pair your Foam RollerConnect to the JAXJOX app and sync with your Apple Health data to track your recovery progress in one centralized location. For additional convenience, control your foam roller from your Apple Watch and use the data to optimize your recovery.
Prevent muscle injury and relieve tension
The sleek exterior design and advanced technology of the Foam RollerConnect enable it to operate at varying vibration frequencies. When the roller's vibrations activate sore or injured muscles, scar tissue begins to break up—alleviating muscle soreness and stiffness while improving range of motion.
