    Falls over

    • Written by Robert T from London

Lovely case for new iPad Pro 11” but guess it was made before the actual iPad was available, as sadly, although the case cover folds over as usual to make a stand, it doesn’t actually keep the iPad up, so it falls over. I wedge my wallet between it, but that will just deform the lid, and shouldn’t be necessary on a £69 case, and from a till now reputable company - I have great Otterbox cases on my iPhones etc.
Apple changed my case, as could have been a fault just to it, but the replacement does the same. Otterbox have unusually been utterly useless, saying first they didn’t make any case for the 11” iPad Pro, then saying not their problem and swap it in apple, then stopped replying to any emails asking if it is a design fault.
    I assume it is.
I am now beyond 14 days apple return, but hoping that when Otterbox make this fit the iPad it is designed for they will give me a replacement. Till then I would avoid, lovely though it is.

    Very happy to very sad

Well designed, light, aesthetically pleasing, protective case that keeps your Apple Pencil 2 safe and secure too. What more can ask for, right?

Turns out keeping your Apple Pencil 2 secure comes at a hefty price... iPad Pro battery drain! As your Apple Pencil 2 is securely protected in the case it’s charging the pencil, and it won’t stop. If you leave your Apple Pencil 2 in this case for a few days, your iPad’s battery will drain to zero.

    Flimsy case

This is the most overpriced case for the iPad Pro. Long closure flap will flip over to block the screen. No options for angle of view when using the support. The cost for this is ridiculous. Buttons do not work smoothly under the case. Very unhappy
