2. Coverage is available only for the device, its original included accessories or for the original battery that retains less than 80 per cent of its original capacity. Coverage does not include theft or loss of your device.

3. Accidental Damage means physical damage, breakage or failure due to unforeseen and unintentional handling or due to external events. AppleCare+ will not provide accidental damage protection for accessories not included in the original packaging or third-party accessories used with the Covered Equipment, including, but not limited to, prescribed or other corrective lenses. Each incident is subject to a service fee of A$45 for Damage to Included Accessories and A$449 for Other Accidental Damage. Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.
