Nice quality keyless front door lock

Installation instructions were clear, quality of the unit is very good. Setup (once installed) was super simple and integrates seemlesssly with Apple Home - Installation instructions were clear, quality of the unit is very good. Setup (once installed) was super simple and integrates seemlesssly with Apple Home - Five minutes of searching the web on how to share this with the wife and son had it setup on their iPhones as well (remote lock and unlock) And bonus - My wife just worked out how to unlock the door using her iWatch - seriously cool. I got one of these as a trial, happy enough now to replace all external locks - plus it has a key you can use if the battery goes flat.

TIRED OF BEING A RETAIL BETA TESTER!

Lock # 1. Defective from the outset. Would not pair with my iPhone. No functionality for codes for service providers without an iPhone duly registered with i Lock # 1. Defective from the outset. Would not pair with my iPhone. No functionality for codes for service providers without an iPhone duly registered with iCloud. Lock # 2. Defective from the outset. Would not pair with phone. Asked for next lock to be tested for pair ability before being sent to me. Lock # 3. Paired with phone! Code entry vastly improved. After a week, began to fail. Had burned thru batteries. Replaced with “10 year” batteries. Hours w Apple tech support. Bought Apple Extreme router. Finally got Apple Hub on Apple TV. Worked for 2 days at a time until latest set of batteries burnt out. Abandoned as unworkable and useless..
