What’s the difference between the series 3 and series 4 watch?

The Series 4 and 5 Apple Watch contains a slightly but noticeably bigger and edge to edge screen. The Series 3 has 8GB of storage while Series 4/5 have 16GB. You can complete an electrocardiogram on the Series 4/5 using it's heart sensor, while you can only measure heart rate on the Series 3. Series 4/5 contains fall detection and hearing detection while the Series 3 does not.

The difference is that in the series 4 has a better retna display (a better and bigger screen) but the series 3 has a worse retna display (smaller and grainer screen display) But overall wouldnt say that the series 3 has a bad screen. I have the series 3 apple watch and i havent had any problems yet! :)
