    My enclosure did stop working properly, but the team did go out of their way to send me a warranty replacement enclosure quickly.
    There were even follow up calls by management to make sure I was happy and made sure my new enclosure was working fine. And it is. Working great. Great product and a team that does care to help when hardware fails like it can from time to time in the tech world. Very happy with the service.
