Do Not Purchase it does not stick

I was excited to purchase this product from APPLE store. . However it did not even last for one day. Unfortunately it fell off at some point during the day without me even knowing it. I even retraced my steps but was unable to find the upright go. The adhesive Did not last long at all. , I did put it on dry clean skin in the upper middle of my back as shown in the directions. This was a complete waste of money and is very upsetting as the product is not cheap. I warn all DO NOT BUY THIS you will lose it at some stage. If you do buy it I hope it last longer than the one day I used it. Very very disappointing

    Wonderful device and support

Since I purchased uprightgo my posture has been improving gradually and I am introducing it to all of my colleagues and they got very interested. I hope the company can come to Apple store Japan because for sure you would be successful. Also, thanks to the great support that I received regarding some doubts that I had within the app. They were nice and helpful. Thank you for helping to look better and feel healthier!!!

    Excellent Health Device

I recently purchased the Upright GO when visiting my local Apple Store. I must admit that I was pretty skeptical of placing this device on my skin (via the included reusable adhesive patches). Today is my first day using the device and it appears to be working great. It is already helping me to be more conscious of my posture and the app is super easy to use. I would also like to give a kudos to the support team as they have reached out to me using the in-app support chat to ask if I had any questions. It appears that they respond very promptly to any feedback.
*Special Note: My device's battery was dead when I first purchased it. The manual didn't specifically reference the need to charge it initially but after a couple hours of charging, it began working.

User-friendly and optimistic it is going to help

I worry about my slump and slouch but haven't been happy with other experiments. UPRIGHT GO has been easy to use and doing. The program on my cell phone was easy to set up and easy to use. The training program starts slow so I wasn't overwhelmed, I'm just in week two but can see that my body awareness has been strengthened. We'll see but I'm optimistic.

Great device to help improve posture

I knew I slouched, but I had NO idea how much until I started using my Go Upright. I am so glad I got this. I am determined to improve my posture and I don’t even know when I’m wearing it. I love this little reminder.

Does what it says, but not sure how accurately it trains

The Upright Go has two modes – training and tracking. Training is the one where it buzzes when you slouch, and each day you put it in this mode for longer and longer. The problem is, once you've calibrated it, it tells you you're slouching even when you're just leaning forward. For example, I was loading the dishwasher while wearing it and it buzzed at me constantly and told me I'd been doing a 'long slouch'. I ended up doing weird squats in front of the dishwasher trying not to set it off which isn't going to help my posture at all. So it seems the only way to train your posture properly is to stand or sit still for the session, which just isn't practical.

The buzz does make you stand/sit up straight, but being told you've been slouching for 15 minutes when in fact you've just been doing things that involve leaning forward or bending over is annoying and inaccurate.

Adhesive won’t keep it in place - lost it first day.

I was very excited to invest in this product, and wore it for the first time today. Unfortunately it fell off at some point during the day without me even knowing it and is gone forever. What a waste of money. I’m very sad. And for clarity, I did put it on dry clean skin in the upper middle of my back as shown in the directions. It just isn’t made to stay on.

    Very Effective

I've been using this for 3 weeks now and I am very impressed so far. I was surprised by how non-intrusive it is while wearing (you literally forget it's there). Also impressed with how responsive it is to movement/posture. I can echo the other comments on here and say that it surprised me just how much I do slouch at work and for how long. The online communication is very good too. Please don't expect a quick fix, changing your posture happens slowly over time but this is a very useful tool

    Exactly as billed and wanted

Magic, a pain in the b** sometimes but keeps you upright (it's job) and conscious of your slumping. Also a smart app that reminds you to use it and puts you through sessions to ease yourself into process. I carry the device around and slap it on anytime I feel it will be useful. Can not say enough about this app.

    Upright Review

This little device is a great taskmaster. Builds aware of the dreaded slouch. I changed the settings to make the alerts work better for my own particular slouching habits. So far the only problem I have had is forgetting to put in on in the morning! Would recommend to a friend without hesitation.

This device really helps and you can immediately get a feedback about your posture and be aware about the possible improvement.

I'm still at the beginning of the training but I'm pretty sure that I'll have benefit from this.

    Thanks guys, well done!

UPRIGHT GO is a Stand Up Product

I received mine as a gift and have been using it for about 2 weeks. Its positive effect is noticeable. It really helps me to be more aware of proper posture. When coupled with the relevant phone app it's simple to operate and to keep tabs on your progress. I've found that if I overuse it there are noticeable effects on my muscles, i.e., soreness.

Overall, I give the UPRIGHT GO an A+ but would like to see more comprehensive instructions on its use whether it be in the app, online, or printed.

I love my upright go!! I can tell there’s a difference already in one week. Just wearing it helps my posture. It could be on tracking mode or battery died but it’s still a reminder to keep back straight. I also love knowing how much I dew slouch throughout the day.

    Very helpful

The Upright Go definitely helps me retrain my posture. It buzzes, and keeps buzzing, until I stand up or sit up correctly. My first day, I had very poor statistics, but slowly, my posture is improving and so is my pain level. I'm even seeing improvement in my stomach and bowel problems that have been plaguing me for almost 2 years. I definitely recommend this product - you have the ability to see improvement immediately and keep improving daily!

    Upright Review

Excellent for improving posture. This device is making me more aware to stand up straight even if I don't have it turned on to alert me. The tracking system online is very useful as well to help me assess when I'm more likely to slouch or have rounded shoulders. It really is a wonderful tool and I highly recommend it to anyone with posture issues.

    Back pain improved

Bought this to improve my posture while at my desk. Wasn't sure if it would help lower back as it sticks to the top, but I found it did make me conscious of correcting myself, and I don't have the pain anymore. Great that it doesn't need t be connected to the app to work.

    Smaller than I thought

I've been trying this out for a couple of weeks now and I love it! I knew I slouched as I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day in front of a computer, but after tracking my posture with the app i've realised I slouch much more than I thought I did. Being aware of this has really eased my lower back pain that i've had for years as well as making me stand straighter and taller.

It's also smaller than I thought it would be and once it's stuck onto my upper back it can barely be seen. Really simple, cool product with quick results!

    First of its kind

Almost missed this on the shelf it was so small. Read the piece in the Metro on it and wanted to try it as my nickname is Quasimodo, I am so hunched up. Cannot shake my iphone and ipad addictions so this device reminds me all day long to keep my back straight. Easy to set up, hard to see beneath my clothes, ap is simple and user friendly. Played around where exactly to place it on my upper back but quickly found a point where the vibrations got my attention. 3 days into using it and already people saying they noticed I seem "taller". Staff at store needed to know more but Uprightpose.com very informative.
