    Very disappointed

    • Written by Dave D from Scottsdale

First issue: it takes very precise placement of my Xs max to start charging. I often have to try four or five times before the charging will engage.

Second issue: it will start charging and I'll wake up to see the charger light blinking (indicating some type of error) and the phone has not charged.

Third issue: My watch usually charges but not always. It seems to have difficulty engaging. However, once engaged it seems to stay engaged and charge.

I have no issues with the airpod charger.

I contacted mophie support and was told that my software needed to be updated (it is), the phone needs to be restarted (it was) and that the case must be too thick. When using my other mophie chargers I can just plop the phone down on the charger and it charges with no problem. Using cables would be easier than using the 3-in-1.

    Not 3-in-1 wireless

I would look for something that works better. Originally purchased to use with my watch airpods and of course my iphone X. It did a pretty good job but of course still needed to run a cord for the air pods. Now that i have the IPhone 11 pro if you don't get it in the exact spot you won't get a charge. I am in the market for something new and just bought this less then a month ago. Really wish i would've realized how poorly it performs with the pro within the return window.

    High Hopes

    • Written by Brian N from San Francisco

I had very high hopes for this product. It was going to be the answer to all my cable clutter. Sad and disappointing. The watch charger is hit or miss. The phone pad is touch and go. You have to line it up just perfectly for it to catch a charge. Do not recommend.

    Functional and beautifully

    • Written by Diane C from Dallas

I almost did not buy this charger because of the bad reviews, but I really wanted it because it is cool looking and perfect for my night stand. It works perfectly. I have enjoyed having the watch function as a lighted clock ... it’s easy to tap the base and the watch lights up for a few seconds.

    Replaces watch charger, except...

    • Written by Thomas K from Frederick

Zagg/Mophie won't post this review on their site, so I'll copy here - Buyer beware with this. I found myself in the unfortunate position of coming home from work with a low watch charge and a watch OS update pending. When I put the watch on the 3 in 1, it would not stay in charging mode, no matter what I tried. I chatted with Zagg support and was told that my watch wouldn’t charge because it was not up to date (I’ll ignore that the OS update was 48 hours old). So here’s the fun part, Apple will not allow a watch OS update until it is attached to its charger and has at least 50% charge. Zagg was informing me that the charger wouldn’t work without the update. Rock, hard place. Zagg support suggested I hook the watch to the original cable that came with it to charge for the update, then I could use the 3 in 1. I spent the $140 that this thing costs so that I didn’t need a bunch of cables, and the $25 Apple cable is at my office. So here I sit with a watch that will die before I can get it charged and a $140, beautiful looking paperweight because I didn’t know I would also need a $25 cable too. Bad, bad deal Zagg. Buyer beware.
**Update** Issue continues even after watch update. Contacted Zagg support who suggested a warranty replacement. Come to find that they charge return shipping on warranty replacement. Never again.

Kinda broken at first, then magically decided to work?

    • Written by Andy C from glen ridge

I was wary of spending $140 on something that might not work well after reading some of these reviews so I purchased this on Amazon with my prime account since it came with free shipping and free returns. I figured worst case scenario I'd send it back. So this is where things get interesting. I unbox everything and connect the watch charger part, plug everything in and put my gen 2 Airpods, iPhone 11 pro and apple watch 4 on the charger. And yes, everything had the lastest OS to date when I'm doing this. So the first thing I noticed was a high pitched whine from the watch charger portion. It was quiet but if you listen closely it was definitely there. The next thing I saw was the watch intermittently charging on and off every few seconds. I was about to get very frustrated and return what I thought was a piece of junk but I decided to play with it a little. I unplugged the cable from the outlet and the charger and flipped the orientation (even though it shouldn't matter). I plugged it back in and everything seemed to start working normally. I'm wondering if some of the negative reviewers here just experienced the same thing I did but gave up. If you run into this issue try taking the watch off and unplugging everything because it might actually fix the issue. I've been playing with it all day and everything still works fine. No strange noises and no charging issues with the watch. And yes, the Airpods and phone portion work perfectly as well, it just seems to be the watch that people are having issues with. I'm keeping an eye on it and if it decides to act all weird again I might send it back but for now, it's behaving so I'm happy with it. Leaving 4 stars because of the price and because it initially was acting strangely.

2 out of 3 pads work

    • Written by Alexandra K from Middletown

I received this product which I was excited about, but the area to charge my iPhone 11 does not work. The apple watch and AirPod dock work fine. I used someone else's charging pad so I know it is not the phone itself. The price for this product I think is too much for the quality of the product and the fact that it does not charge my iPhone.

    Very Good Product

    • Written by Gary O from Little Rock

    Simple review -

I have had this charging pad for over a month.

No issues at all - has never failed to charge AirPods, Apple Watch, or iPhone.

I've used a XR and 11 Pro with. Both had cases. Did not interfere with charging.

I've charged all three items at the same time and items on their own. Again, no issues. No problems with watch making contact and staying in place.

Nice item to consolidate several cables and charging devices.

does not work with iphone 11

    • Written by Margaret L from Greenville

Received 2 of these. Neither worked. No one at Apple understands this and sent me another that does not work for iphone 11. Save your time and do not order this. Sat on hold for 2 hours to get nowhere except a return label.

    Doesn't work

    • Written by Nathen H from Wilton

I was really looking forward to this for my wife being able to charge all 3 things.
As an "only at apple" product, you would think it would work "out of the box".
The phone for the most part worked if you put it on just right. But the watch only charged once in the days that we had it. I can tell you nothing irritates a wife more when she has a dead watch and can't count her steps the next day!!
You really had to move items around to get them to charge so it was not like you could just set it on the pad and walk away, you had to wait and see if it was charging- and adjust as needed. But again, the watch part only worked once, so this product is really useless.
I gave it 2 stars only because of the design and what should have been.

    Returned it.

Functions well. compact. eliminates wires for separate chargers and occupies far less space than three chargers. My home
resembles a photography workshop with chargers, power cords, etc. for three brands of cameras and many brands of lenses
so clutter is a major problem especially with virtually all black equipment. After reading negative reviews I was tempted to cancel.
But so far exceeds my expectations. Love design. Buy it.

Broke within a fortnight. High hopes but very disappointed.

    • Written by Jane H from Brisbane

I was very excited about this wireless charging solution to my apple products. Within a week the plug began making intermittent crackling noises. Switched it off whenever this happened but within another day the whole unit was dead. Spoke to the apple store where I bought it ten days ago and they wouldn’t replace it as it wasn’t an apple product. Very disappointed all around.

    • Written by Paul K from Madison

While this 3-in-1 wireless charging pads is nice but I am pretty disappointment with the watch stand because it worked for couple od days and now when ever I place the watch, it is not charging at all. I've tried unplugging the cord, to turning off the Apple Watch and Turing it back on to make sure that the contacts are clean. I'm not sure what to do. I still use it for my iPhone and my AirPods but I can't use it for my watch which defeats the purpose.

Works beautifully, I have just one wish for design modification

    • Written by Lisa D from Rancho Cordova

I've never used Mophie products or wireless charging before, and this product has worked beautifully. I really like that all my devices can now sit and charge in one spot at the end of the day without a lot of cord spaghetti. I also like that my AirPods have a home -- they don't go wandering as often as before. The watch stand is sturdy, and the display angle is just fine. I do not have any heat issues as other reviewers have mentioned.

Here's my one-small-detail wish: I would like for the watch stand to truly fit a 40 mm watch case (I have the Apple Watch 4). When I place my watch on the stand, it's not quite large enough to touch the small shelf below the round charger disc, and the face of the watch rotates out of level depending on its whim. Or maybe there is an option to buy a 40 mm stand and I just didn't see it?

Anyway, just be aware of this small detail if you have a 40 mm watch and are picky about such things. I'm very pleased with the product on the whole, and would recommend it.

    Not worth it!

    • Written by Monique M from Bolingbrook

I was so excited to have a product that charges my iPhone, watch and Airpods simultaneously and I'm very disappointed. I have a Spigen case and once the phone starts charging, it floats all around and stops charging. You wake up and the phone is almost dead! I have to use a hair tie and place it on the charger and then sit my phone on the hair tie so that the phone doesn't move and charges consistently. This of course doesn't always work. I'm really disappointed in this product, especially since Apple backed it.

    5 days in

    • Written by Stefani D from Seattle

The last 2 days I’ve noticed all my products are very warm after charging, I can’t use cellular on my watch because it tells me it needs to cool down first. I run in the mornings and need to have my music since I don’t lug my phone around on a run. My phone feels incredibly warm everytime it charges. I’m not sure if this is faulty charger or what?!?

    iPhone X 256gb
    Apple Watch series 4

All pretty new so I’m not sure what’s going on, the design is awesome and I enjoy that but I may return the product for another one and see if that helps
3 stars due to the warm products otherwise it would’ve been a 5

    So far so good!

    • Written by Ciro S from Willis

I have had amazing luck with this charger and no complaints about it doing what it’s supposed to.

BUT! The engineers at Mophie need to take a second look at this product. This is my first wireless charger. Every picture on the Apple website along with the Mophie directions show the watch sitting crown down. The stand even has a notch for it. Buyers beware!! Nightstand mode does not work crown down. All the images shown in the store and on the paperwork suggest otherwise. I spent some time trying to figure out why this was happening. Finally figured it out after searching it on the web. Mophie...change your pictures!!!! This is misleading to the consumer.
