No. The reservation is valid for pickup only at the Apple Store where it was issued and can be used only once.
Your reservation is non-transferable and can be used only once. Please be prepared to show valid government-issued photo ID.
Please talk to a Specialist immediately if you have changed your mind. We will check to see if your desired product is available. We cannot guarantee that the product you want will be available.
We can look up your reservation using your name, email, or phone number if you provided it. Please be prepared to show valid government-issued photo ID. If you were issued a paper reservation and did not provide any contact information, the paper reservation cannot be replaced and we cannot honor the reservation.
Group numbers help us serve you in an organized way. Regardless of your group number, once you have a reservation, your product is reserved specifically for you and held for you until the end of the business day. You will be matched with a Specialist based on group number — we will help customers in Group 1 first, Group 2 next, and so on.
The reservation is valid until the end of the day on the day that it was issued.
