      Loose connection between the micro-usb and the lightning adapter.

      I received this cable as a gift last december. I loved it when it was new. However, the connection between the micro-usb and the lightning tip soon became qui I received this cable as a gift last december. I loved it when it was new. However, the connection between the micro-usb and the lightning tip soon became quite loose. Over the months I had to be increasingly careful how I positioned the cable when I synced my iPod with my computer. The cable stopped charging and syncing within eight months.

      Tip separated from cord

      This is an amazing product and works great for travel. I was able to charge my iPhone and Kindle with it. I had to for a long time and was gentle with it and This is an amazing product and works great for travel. I was able to charge my iPhone and Kindle with it. I had to for a long time and was gentle with it and I had no problems. However recently I have been using my iPhone with it connected to this cable and the stress of moving around caused both cables I had to separate. If you generally just plug in your phone to charge it and don't stress the cable it is going to be 5 stars. If you are rough with it plugged in it will only last a few days.

      Convenient and well made

      Needed an extra Lightning cable as well as a Micro-USB cable. Solved both problems. When using the Lightning adapter there is less strain on the cord so i am ho Needed an extra Lightning cable as well as a Micro-USB cable. Solved both problems. When using the Lightning adapter there is less strain on the cord so i am hoping that reduces the common problem of fraying of the wires. Only possible issue I see is the added bulk of the two connectors together might be a problem for some.
