      Cool idea, poor implementation

I give this 2 stars. The idea is great, however the actual implementation is poor. Every day waking up I would have to reboot the panel's controller to get it t I give this 2 stars. The idea is great, however the actual implementation is poor. Every day waking up I would have to reboot the panel's controller to get it to work with the app and HomeKit (even though it worked fine via Alexa). The recommended fixes were to make various esoteric settings on your router, including one that is a security risk (UPnP). For a product with a premium pricetag, it definitely feels more like a beta version than anything else for the same reason that I buy Apple products. It should just work.
