    The music moves with you

With the Beats by Dr. Dre Studio Wireless over-ear headphones the music on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod can truly roam free. The Bluetooth stays connected up to 30 feet away so you easily move about and keep the music going. Take calls, skip songs, and change the volume right from the headphone.

    Feel your music

The Beats Acoustic Engine gives you an intimate, real encounter with your music. Thanks to Beats' signature DSP software delivers the exact emotional experience that Dr. Dre, Jimmy Iovine, and some of the music industry's greatest rock, hip-hop, pop, electronic, and R&B producers want you to feel.

    Put the world on mute

Silence the noise from your daily commute or the drama from your loud neighbors with Beats' no-compromise dual-mode Adaptive Noise Canceling (ANC). When you're listening to music, ANC automatically strikes a balance between your audio and the world outside. And if you want to use the headphone just to cancel external noise, ANC-only mode automatically increases the level of noise cancellation to make things even quieter.

    What batteries?

The built-in rechargeable battery that lasts 12 hours when using wirelessly and 20 hours when you do decide to plug in—so you can be sure your vibe keeps going. With the Battery Fuel Gauge you can see at a glance how much juice is available. Plus, you can charge the new Studio via standard micro USB adapter almost anywhere.

    Lighter, stronger, and more comfortable

When Beats re-imagined these legendary headphones, they designed it like a beautiful sports car and made disciplined choices. They streamlined the new Beats Studio with fast curves, smooth surfaces, and no visible screws. It now weighs less than the original and has a lighter, stronger, and more comfortable headband. The ear cups are softer and there's an ergonomic bellow to create a flexible, custom fit for every head shape, so you can keep your music all to yourself.

Battery - I only charged them once, initially, and batteries just went dead today. I don't use them that much, maybe about 70-80 minutes a day, but holding the charge for 12 days that way, pretty impressive. Design/quality - I have the original Monster Beats by Dr.Dre since 2010, they're still in decent shape and the only reason why I wanted these is because of wireless. The design is much improved, and as far as quality goes, although it's early to tell, I feel about the same, maybe slightly better about them. I would definitely not used them for DJing, but for listening the music, they seem solid and robust enough. Also, find them very comfortable and noise cancellation is great. Sound - I do notice a difference in sound. As expected, sound over wireless is a bit inferior to the sound over wire, but in general, they seem to be more defined across the spectrum and not as bass heavy as the original ones I have. But don't get me wrong, still more than plenty of bass for urban, dance and such genres. All in all, they are expensive, but match in value.

Crackle, connectivity issues, short battery life and short cables

The beats headphones are less comfortable on the ear and bulkier; noise reduction seems better on the Bose headphones too. The USB charging lead is too short on the beats headphones to be working with on my laptop while they recharge, whereas the Bose Quiet Comfort 15 headphones just require a new / freshly recharged aaa battery - so no downtime when they run out. I have a mac book pro and an imac both running fully updated OSX10.10.1 (Yosemite) and sometimes, when using the beats wireless in wireless mode (bluetooth), applications make an _ear-splitting_ static blast on re-connection, and occasionally the same happens when video goes from full screen to windowed. Sometimes certain applications cannot 'see' / access the headphones when they're in wireless mode. Summary: For the money, these headphones are NOT worth it if your primary use is with a computer. I wish I'd bought another pair of Bose Quiet Comfort 15 headphones tbh - cheeper and better.

I have a profound hearing loss in both ears I lost due to ear infection when I was a child. I tried Bose. Sounded good but to smooth for my hearing loss. Need something with more volume and equal sound to Bose. I put these on and turned up the volume and it was like getting my hearing back. Crystal clear sound nice and crisp sounds I haven't heard in years. Don't need my hearing aids when using these. I highly recommend these for people with hearing diabliities.

100% Uncomfortable! Returned mine for a refund!

Brought mine back to the store because they were extremely uncomfortable after wearing them for a short while. Why? Because instead of an oval the over the ear Brought mine back to the store because they were extremely uncomfortable after wearing them for a short while. Why? Because instead of an oval the over the ear cushion is a circle and it puts pressure on your ears and ends up hurting. For $460 with tax the product shouldnt hurt me! They should be extremely comfortable at that price. The thing is, Apple overcharges for this product to pay for advertising them and to pay for Research and Development (R &D). But in my opinion they dont have to spend on R & D. All they have to do is check out a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort 25 or Bose QuietComfort 35 and there you go, make your Beats Studio like that and I wont return them for a refund. The Bose QuietComfort are c-o-m-f-o-r-t-a-b-l-e and 100% worth the price! On the other hand the Beats Studio are uncomfortable and maybe worth $150 at most considering how uncomfortable they are. Hopefully going forward Apple will make some much needed upgrades to the comfortability of this product. Sound: 7/10 Colour and Style: 10/10 Comfort: 0/10

Decent headphones, look great but overall they're overpriced

I bought these headphones as a replacement to my original Dr Dre Beats before Apple purchased them. The wireless function is great and connecting via bluetooth I bought these headphones as a replacement to my original Dr Dre Beats before Apple purchased them. The wireless function is great and connecting via bluetooth is simple and effective. They look simply amazing and the finish is to a very high standard. However I was disappointed with the sound quality especially compared to my older beats. I can only assume that this is due to them being wireless but also working via charger rather than battery operated. The battery life is also quite poor, if you have a standard commute to work of 2 hours (morning and evening) they're very unlikely to last the entire journey (both ways). The headphones hug against your head and block all noise; This is a pro and con as its a great fit but after a while you can develop a headache. Overall they're the best looking headphones, quality is decent but not worth the £320.
