      Shattered remote

Fix the remote so it doesn't shatter when dropped and also so it isn't so small that it gets lost. Also make the replacement cost reasonable, the only people buying replacement remotes are people who have broken their remotes already. So maybe don't try and make a large profit on the replacement remotes.

It's really lightweight and feels good. I've never had amy problems with it not connecting/getting disconnected. I've drop it from roughly 3-4 ft. many times and it has yet to shatter (p.s. it has no case). If it wasn't so small and easy to lose, I would give it 5 stars (It's not 3 stars because they brought the price down from $79.00 to $59.00, so I gave it 1 more star).

Simplified controls work well except for fast forward and back. I press my thumb to the right or to the left and I get the circle with an arrow but I have to mess with thumb pressure for the fast forward or back to kick in. A little more certainty would be good. Haven't dropped it yet, but it is so small that I would love a way to clap or something for it to beep to let me know where it is.

      Drives me Crazy

The p I'm sure Apple was very proud of how small and compact they made this remote. It seems like making things smaller is their #1 goal for all their products. The problem is they don't consider the possibility that that may not be what consumers like me want. I can't stand how small it is. I'd much rather have a larger remote that's not going to slip into my couch cushions or constantly slide off what I put it on and fall to the ground. Fortunately unlike other reviewers mine hasn't broke when I've dropped it. I've literally dropped it hundreds of times. I'm sure it's an engineering achievement but I wish Apple would stop focusing on making things smaller. In terms of what I want that's far down the list, if it's even on the list at all. Apple should take note of the size of the Playstation and XBox remotes. They recognize that their users don't want small remotes. They want something that conforms to the size of your hands. ....and one more thing. Add some grip to the back! I'll give credit where credit is due. the trackpad works great and the Siri button is a good feature. I also like that you can charge it instead of using batteries.

      Surprised in a bad way

If you happen to grab it right side up correctly, you'll still probably swipe the touch input inadvertently. Most of the time it slips out of my hand due to the lack of any contours and when I tighten my grasp, I start clicking, which is worse. If I could get a handle on it, I'd throw it across the room, but it usually slips out of my hand into the couch before I can chuck it. The voice control is great. i should glue it to my armrest and just use that. I'm surprised Apple let this get through to their customers.
