Good until after the limited warranty ends

For the price you pay for this, the product should not be falling apart. The left earphone literally broke apart exposing the inner wires and isn't repairable. For the price you pay for this, the product should not be falling apart. The left earphone literally broke apart exposing the inner wires and isn't repairable. The sound and Bluetooth connection was great but the way it was put together is horrible quality, even wireless earphones that you can buy from amazon for 10-15 dollars is more durable than this. Extremely disappointed and my limited warranty ended about a few months ago.

Wonderi Headphones were given to me as a Christmas gift and so far I've had to exchange them 2 times and now going on my 3rd time- headphones will not turn on. Wondering if it's because of they're not sweat proof, but it's so disappointing and frustrating!

The sound quality was perfect so i’m very disappointed. Unless I can get these to work I’m not buying beats ever again, because every pair by Apple didn’t work.

Stop charging $100 to fix poor manufacturing quality

I called Apple tech support and explained what happened and asked if I could take them to an Apple store to get fixed under warranty. I was told by the Apple store representative as well as a tech support representative the following day that it was the user’s fault and not the company and that it would cost me $100 to repair them which is what I paid for them to begin with. The other part I’m confused about is I snapped the headband of my beats solos in half last year and they were fixed and sent back at no cost but they couldn’t fix a common recurring problem among the headphones without charging a large amount of money. I’m upset because everything else was great and I loved them but I can’t afford to replace them.

The rubber cord started to come apart and rip about 6 months after I bought them. I used them like a normal runner and gym goer and not as a jump rope, yet they still tried to charge me $110 dollars to “fix” them. At that price I may as well purchase a brand new pair from another company. They also sent them back to me without the rubber earpieces after I declined the horrendous $110 offer. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    • Can I fast forward n back on the music tracks?

      Answer

Yes you can. If you press the center button once it'll pause, if you press it quickly two times it'l Yes you can. If you press the center button once it'll pause, if you press it quickly two times it'll forward and if you press it three quick times it'll rewind to the beginning of the song and press three quick times again it'll rewind to the previous song.

Why they don't include this ANYWHERE in the instructions is frustrating. It was hard to believe that I could pay $199 for a great product that wouln't forward or rewind. I found out by playing with the buttons and accidentally figuring it out.

Press center button 1x= song pause

Press center button 2x quickly= forward

Press center button 3x quickly=rewind to beginning of song

Press center button 3x quickly again=rewind to previous song

They are not water nor sweat resistant. The entire architecture is open for liquid intrusion which leads to the ruining of circuits. I've gone through 4 pairs and each time I run in rain and or sweat, the beats lose volume and literally shut off. After that they cannot not recharge. I've managed to recharge them by warming them to 25-35 degrees celcius. Very disappointing. The sound is good but the technology is not waterproof. Buy them at your own risk.
