Is it possible to NetBoot MacBook 12-inch with this Belkin USB-C to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter?
I know I can NetBoot with Apple's USB-C to USB Adapter + USB to Ethernet Adapter but I haven't found USB-C to Ethernet Adapter which allows me to NetBoot MacBook 12-inch yet.

Short answer: It does not work. (For 12-inch MacBook)
Long answer: It does not work for MacBook 12-inch in testing in my NetBoot environment. It does work for MacBook Pro 2016s. Whether this has to do with the new 2016 Pros being Thunderbolt 3/USB-C and the 12-inch MacBook just being USB-C I do not know.
Alternative solution: Use the Apple multi-port adapter that came with the unit in conjunction with the Apple USB to Ethernet adapter. This allows NetBooting for imaging at 100/10 Ethernet speeds. This is how I image my 12-inch MacBook.
I speculate that Apple did not include the firmware level driver for the Belkin adapter in the 12-inch MacBook since that model predates the adapter. On the newer 2016 MacBook Pros Apple included the Belkin driver in the firmware for the adapter since they anticipated not building their own adapter.
To know for certain we'd need to hear from Apple.

I have just tested this Belkin USB-C adapter and it will Netboot into Deploy Studio. Tested with the new 2016 13 inch touchbar MacBook Pro booting into a netboot set created on Deploy Studio 1.7.5 and macOS 10.12.2. Also as another point, this USB-C to ethernet adapter shows up in System Preferences > Network and connects automatically (no driver installs required). This did surprise me as it is a 3rd party adapter but thought I would post the answer in case anyone else was interested.

No, at this moment only the two ORIGINAL Apple Ethernet adapters (USB and Thunderbolt) support the NetBoot protocol.
It's a shame, that Apple don't have an USB-C Ethernet Adapter with NetBoot support. And now with all these new MacBook Pro devices, which only have USB-C ports, it's even worse.
Apple, these devices will be also used in enterprise environments and we need this for staging lots of Mac devices. So please, bring this NetBoot support back in this adapter! (Talk to Belkin to implement it in a future revision)

Yes, it should work. According to many users on various pro forums, this *WHITE* Belkin USB-C to Gigabit Ethernet adapter (model#: "F2CU040dsWHTAPL") should work for most/all Netboot activities.
Search term "jamf Compatible USB-C Gigabit Ethernet Adapters for Netbooting Late 2016 MacBook Pros" will lead you to their forum which has a complete guide for pro users taking place, including with a link to a spreadsheet of feature compatibility.
Shame this is not listed on here, as it's vital information for pro users on various ethernet adapters usability. Hope this helps! ;-)
