Yes. I have the baseline Mac Pro (2019) and I have two of these monitors plugged into the USB-C Thunderbolt ports on the Mac Pro. However, I did add an RX 580 Graphics Card to the computer in addition to the MPX Module and though the graphics card works on the computer, it does not drive the display via a DisplayPort to Thunderbolt USB-C cable.
