Do the Thunderbolt 3 ports also double as additional USB-C ports?
I have multiple USB-C peripherals. Can some of them be connected through the TBolt-3 ports?

Hello Matt, If the two USB-C ports on the TS3 Plus are not enough for you to connect all your USB-C peripherals, you can use the second Thunderbolt 3 port for your USB-C peripherals as well. Do note that you will only be able to use utilize one external monitor in this configuration, as the second Thunderbolt 3 port also doubles as a monitor port. Cheers!
