Can this charge an 11" iPad Pro with the Smart Keyboard Folio Cover on or do all iPad covers have to be removed for this charging station to work?

Yes, the BaseLynx vertical charging station can charge an 11" iPad Pro with a Smart Keyboard Folio Cover. iPads need to be physically connected to the charging station with a charging cable in order for them to charge.
