Can i still use the MS office with new L snow, the software install on 10.5.8 now?

I think you are asking if you can use Microsoft Office on Snow Leopard? Yes, I believe both Office 2004 Mac and Office 2008 Mac both require rosetta to work. Rosetta is an Optional install on Snow Leopard but if you have Software like Office 2004 that requires it, I believe Snow Leopard will automatically install rosetta for you. Otherwise when you try to run Office for Mac after the upgrade to Snow Leopard you will be prompted to install rosetta from the Snow Leopard Disc. You can also run Windows versions of Microsoft Office using Virtualization programs like Crossover, Parallels, or Fusion. You can also accomplish this using bootcamp as well.
