Is a MacBook Pro 13" inch bought in June of 2009 a model with good HD graphics for flight simulation?
I'm about to buy a MacBook Pro 13" inch bought in June of 2009, and I was wondering if it would be a good choice to run good graphics on my flight simulator?

Well, depends on what you mean. Whether you are talking about the graphics performance or the display. First off, it has an NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics processor with 256 MB of DDR3 SDRAM shared with main memory. NVIDIA GeForces are actually nice, contrary to what some people say. The display is a LED-backlit 13.3" widescreen TFT active-matrix "glossy" display (1280x800 native resolution) it also has an Intel DUO core inside, and a backlit keyboard. (Don't now if that helps.) So I'd say it could run a flight simulator pretty well. I surely hope it's not some CPU guzzling simulator though because your FPS (frame rate/second) could drop and make the program slower.
