Will this work with a new Mac Mini and Apple Thunderbolt displays?

I can now confirm, using the Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter you can use up to 2 Apple 27-inch Thunderbolt Displays [daisy changed; i.e. connecting one to the adaptor and connecting the second to the Thunderbolt 2 port on the first display]; in addition to using the Display Port connection.
So as long as you have a valid Thunderbolt 3 connection port on you Mac, the Blackmagic eGPU Pro can work with the Apple Thunderbolt Display's [Up to 2].
