How can I remove something that has appeared on my iPad and interferes with most things I enjoy?

what I think is a bogus offer of a reward to amazon users.when it pops up on my screen there is no way to get rid of it that I have tried. I have no idea how it got on my iPad much less how to remove it
it only appears when I am online. I am not very good at computers ,non of the language makes sense to me. Several addresses have appeared they all end .top

my ipad was stolen and the thieves somehow got my password and removed it from my icloud account. can i track or have it reinstated to my icloud

i owned an ipad air from november of 2014 to november of 2016 registered under my icloud account during that period. It was then stolen and i activated find my iphone. I was then scammed into giving away my lock passcode and the thieves removed the device from my icloud. can i have it reinstated onto my icloud account so i can track. i reported the matter to the local police but there isnt much they can do without an active traacking sydtem

When I turn on my iPad mini, there is what appears to be a gray film over the desktop. When I turn it off and then on again, the gray film is gone.

My iPad will not power down and it needs to be backed up. it won't let me use the touch

I was trying to connect the iPad t the mac and then i cannot use the slide to power off or remove the cloud info from the front page
