I am wondering, if you have a USB C cable can you charge it though that port?
No. The USBC power does not take in power.
Yes it is:
Input: 100-240V~ 1.6A 50-60Hz
No, this device does not carry data, only power.
Will the USB-C be able to provide 30w in battery mode?
The maximum output of this device is 30W. However, it is designed for two iPhones or iPads. If you are using a 12” MacBook or 13” MacBook Air you may gain minimal benefit from it but the battery is fairly small in this device to get any gain for a MacBook. If you are using a 13” or 15” MacBook Pro they require 60W and 87W each so this device would not be for those users.
