    Connection Issues

Bought this today and doesn't hold a connection. Will return tomorrow. Buy an Apple cable instead.

    Big Let Down

This cable really appears nice. The cable clip is nice too. I've used this cable for two weeks and now it has an intermittent connection problem. The internal components and workmanship of this cable are inferior to what you expect from a charge cable.

    Extremely poor quality

I bought about 20 cables for my company. Some are the XL one and some are the standard 1.2M belt cables. About half of the cables either not able to recognised by iOS devices or the charging status will keep changing when I using the belt cable.

I doubt why it will selling at the Apple Store. The quality is horrible and my company decided to switch back to the original Apple lightning cable flimsily.DONT BUY any native union product. It totally don't worth to buy it. You will regret of what you have bought anyway.

    Broke my iPhone

I bought this product from a Apple Store to use in the house so that I could keep my apple cable in the car. After a few weeks I noticed that the apple cable keeped popping out. Took this cable back to the Apple Store where the 'Genious' agreed that it was the cable that had probably caused it but I would have to take it up with the manufacturer (very helpful). Well neadless to say they ignored my email and I have thrown this cable in the bin. I now have to use an elastic band to stop the apple cable from falling out and my iPhone hadn't seen a full charge for 3 month. DONT TOUCH THIS PRODUCT!!!!

    Great Cable

Solid cable for my iPad Pro. It's nice to have a wrap on it to keep it held together when I store it in my Grid-It. Solid connection ensures my device is connected and charging!

    Rubbish

This is aesthetically pleasing but as the saying goes "Fur coat and no knickers". It's as unfit for purpose as the Apple lead. Broke within a few months of use.

    Great story,

    Not Durable

This cable looked durable but it's not. Soon broke. No better than the cheap Apple cables. Expensive too. Ugh.

Cable good quality, not compatible anymore

One star for Apple, five star for Native Union. Have had the cable about a year and it doesn't show any signs of wear, but now Apple has decided it's no longer compatible, tried it on two iPads and two iPhones and get the same error.

Very disappointed , $80 down the drain

After doing research through the Apple Store and reading ALL of the reviews and top rated status on different cables, I decided on this cable, thinking finally a cable that won't die on me in a few months as I've had the worst luck with my past cables ranging from the actual cable that came with my iPhone 6, eBay purchases, store bought Belkin cables and now I regretfully say Native Union. The reviews I read were highly recommending it, that there is no other cable for me. So I loaded up my cart with 2 of these and thought my charging troubles were over. I received my purchase a week later in July, super excited, it worked brilliantly, but then last month, 3 weeks before the end of August, I kept getting the "this accessory may not be supported" and may not it did. Knowing that phrase all too well, I thought it may have been my actual charger adapter so I changed it, same message came up. So here I am today looking at reviews to purchase another load of cables as I'm getting rather annoyed with this and I see all these bad reviews. How about, before making another iPhone, work on making a charger cable that lasts more than a month. I've had my Nokia cable since I was in high school and it's still working like brand new. I will be looking into a refund and then look at another source for charger cables

    A bit disappointed

I bought this product two months ago as I thought it would be perfect for me as it bends better, so I thought it wouldn't break so easily as the other iPhone chargers. However two months down the line it has, without warning, abruptly stopped charging my phone. One day it worked the next day it didn't work at all.
I would of expected it to last longer.

    Great quality and design!

My order arrived today and I am very pleased! It has taken over a month but according to an email I received that was due to 'unforeseen issues', so no biggie.
After using cheap immitation products that would break after the first use, or not charge/be recognised at all, I thought it was time to invest in a quality item - and I thought this design was very appealing both in looks and the fact that no one can steal it and claim it as their own!
I have immediately tested its capabilities with charging both from the wall outlet and my laptop (which up until now had not recognised other chargers) and it works great - having charged 2% just in the time it's taken me to type this.
The cable is of very high quality, its more rigid than apple chargers and the connection point (known to break easily, exposing the wire in regular apple chargers) is very sturdy/durable.
The leather belt is attached to the cord - so no fear of losing it! And it wraps the cord up nicely.
I am very happy with this order and plan to buy the red knot charger next!
