    not worth it

I bought this cable for my son after talking to the sales person at the Apple store and was told it was a reliable product. He had it for 4 months and it stopped working. It looks great but no longer charges.

    Awful

The charger doesn't even stay in your phone. Don't recommend anyone get this.

    Don't waste your money

I started out liking it, but it stopped charging about 9 months after I bought it. I thought the issue was with my phone, so I did not contact Native Union until 1 year and 3 days after I bought it. They would no longer cover it under the 1-year warranty. It was a lot of money to shell out for a lightning cable that does not work.

    Size matters

I liked a Native Union JUMP charger/cable so much, thought the quality was so high, that a couple of months later when I was coming through a different airport and noticed some Native Union items. I excitedly went over to the display racks to see "what was new." I purchased the BELT Cable XL for the long length for use next to my bed and nightstand at home. Very pleased again with the quality, design, and of course, extra-long length of this charge cable. Used for 2 months with no problem so far!

    So much disappointment

I have purchased three of these chords from apple and after two months each chord has stopped working! This manufacturer clearly takes no pride in the product. I can understand should one chord break or stop working but for three of them to stop, its poor fabrication and quality. I called the company and they graciously offered to give me a 40% off coupon. Hopefully a company can make a 10 ft chord that can withstand normal use. But obviously Native Union can not.

    Not durable AT ALL

I've purchased this product for 5 months, and I was looking for the USB cable that is durable and not easily broken or disconnected because many charging cable has that problem and it is really annoying.
On the package, this product says "it is durable and tangle-free braided cable," and it does have the cloth which seems really long-lasting instead of plastic.
However, after 4 months using, it began disconnected from charging and charge slowly, I just have no idea what happened to it that I haven't broke it at all and it just suddenly quit charging, which is really upset.
The length is really nice which is 3m, but I spent around 60 bucks and it has not even gone for 6 months, that is really frustrated.

    So far, so good

I was skeptical to purchase this after reading the reviews. I usually only buy Apple products to use with my devices, but there is no 10 foot cable made by Apple so since this is on their website, I hope it is quality. The cord feels really durable and is kind of stiff, so I don't think I'll have an issue with it fraying like the apple chargers. At this point, I am happy with the product. I guess time will tell.

Stick with apple products - This not supported

I used this on my iPad and iPhone, both would charge for a short while, then a message would appear saying accessory not supported. It would then stop charging. The lightning connection would also get very hot, to the point of burning at touch. I returned it and swapped for a 2m apple product. Just wish they did a 3m cord, really need it for a large bed or sofa.

    Great Cable

I bought this cable given its 3m length to give me a bit more freedom to move around when playing power intensive games.

What I discovered was that the cable is very stiff, which is great! ... Don't need 3m just add a couple of loops and use the leather buckle to shorten the cable. I found that when curled up that it worked great on my desk at work, where I only really need a 0.5m cable.

I now carry it everywhere, It's been a great buy.

    stiff

Good quality look. One expects from the braiding cover a soft and flexible durable cable such as the iron cable. However upon unpacking you will find that the cable is actually incredibly stiff indeed. You will question yourself how long will it last before it breaks in two?

Do not buy. Accessory not compatible with iPhone6/5s

Accessory not compatible with iPhone 6 or iPhone 5s. Works for a couple of minutes then stops charging with the message that the accessory may not be compatible.

Does not work with iMac ports

This cable would be great, but it does not work with the ports at the back of your iMac. I have a 27" early 2014 iMac.

It charges with the brick adaptor. I have managed to get it to connect with my iMac, but only through a third party Belkin USB hub that is externally powered.

Pretty disappointing given that this cable costs almost $50
