Extremely Disapointing Product. Negative stars would only apply.

I bought two this week and am returning both.A most disappointing product.

My son got his shorts wet the day he first used your product. He tested it properly and it passed the prescribed water test. He then properly placed and locked his phone in the lifeproof case. When his shorts got wet, not submerged, just damp, the phone got wet and died. We immediately attempted to dry the phone per Apple instructions with no success.
Lifeproof will do nothing about the lost phone but would replace the case that malfunctioned.
The one on my phone makes the speaker have a high pitched wining noise that makes a conversation impossible. The phone works fine without the case.
It's a $90 purchase that cost us a 3 month old Iphone. My recommendation is they need to take the claim waterproof off of the box. It might be waterproof but it might not. What good is that? Ours was not.

I bought this through my service provider (at a higher cost:( and after I installed it, no one could understand a word I said when making calls. A terrible product.

Great, but no strap or lanyard.

Does the job but without a strap or lanyard, you don't feel safe taking in the water for a variety of water sports (snorkeling, etc.). Too bad Otter Box doesn't make theirs anymore.

    Just got it!!

Just got it in the mail, but was reading other people reviews and especially the person who said the speakers sound funny, the silence button is bulky and you can only use apple cords to charge...first off i just played the speakers and they sound fine, if you open the charging port its a little louder but i mean the case is covering the whole phone so that makes sense...the silence button really isn't that bad. And I bought a non-apple charging cable at Five Below and it works just fine, you just have to make sure the cords you buy have the skinny end and it isn't bigger than the apple ones and it works fine!!

    Nice Case

I had a Lifeproof case for my 5s. It worked great - no issues. I just got one for my 6 and so far so good. It is less bulky than the old design and it's easier to open than before. Not sure what the issue is for the other reviewers but, I don't have any issues with touch id... I think it works great.

    Great case- slim and waterproof

This case has already saved me many times from drops. I love that it's waterproof and extremely protective but still feels really sleek and slim. Great case, no complaints!

Great protection but too many negatives

Case seems like it would provide excellent protection and waterproof protection. But is it all worth the drawbacks?

First off, as another reviewer mentioned, the control centre is awfully hard to use with this case, as is the notification centre when swiping down from the top due to the cases design.

The buttons all work fine, but the silent/ringer switch is clunky and awkward. And ONLY the apple cords will work with this case. I haven't been able to find anywhere where someone has said a different brand will work. So don't bother trying. You also can't use headphones without the clunky and awkward adapter that is quite bulky.

As if this wasn't bad enough, the call quality is significantly affected. The sound quality is tinny, and the person you're talking to sounds like they are robotic and talking through a tunnel. Very unfortunate.

Just the same as the phone calls are affected, so is the sound quality when trying to listen to any sort of video or music through the phone. Very tinny and crackly. Embarrassing even.

All in all, great case for protection, but would not recommend buying it.

    Awful design

The case covers the lower part of the screen and approximately 15-20% of Home Button, effectively preventing access to Control Centre and making use of a fingerprint reader difficult, if not impossible. It also renders Ring / Silent Switch unmanageable.
