Disappointing quality when used with Mac computers

When used with Macs the audio quality of these headphones isn't as good as used with other devices like Windows PCs. They're about half the volume they should be, and turning them up louder makes the underlying distortion worse. Multiple threads visible online about this, with no fix currently available. Very overrated headphones in this configuration.

    Bluetooth module is not acceptable

If you're shopping for a wireless headphone look for something else with a better Bluetooth technology! If you're not interested in using wireless with this headphone, then it is one of the best out there.

I purely purchased it for its wireless capability, but after using it for a week I am very disappointed. It losses connectivity about 10 to 15 feet away from the device it is connected to! If I could return it for this reason only, I would.

    Very Disappointed

I may have gotten a bad pair, but there was no noise cancelling at all. I also could not detect any bass.
In fact my ears have been ringing for two days since I tried to use them.

For $350 very disappointed. I have an older set I purchased about 4 years ago that sound wonderful and do cancel out
any outside noise. The only problem is I have a slight short in my wire and can't seem to find a replacement part for this.

I returned the wireless, and wondering if I should give another set a go.

Bluetooth module needs to be overhauled

Absolutely fantastic build quality, sound, comfort, and noise cancellation... when the bluetooth works. Now, when the bluetooth DOES work, the range is very decent (~100ft. unobstructed). It can also connect to 2 devices at the same time, though you must stop the audio on one before listening to the other (and there's a ~5-10 second delay). Also, you would think that the middle button was for play/pause, however, sometimes it worked and others not. All told, these headphones are everything you'd expect from Bose, but the bluetooth is GARBAGE.

    Problems with bluetooth:
1.) Randomly drops devices (even within <1ft. range).
2.) Difficult to reconnect once device is "lost".
3.) Audio drops out randomly for a split second or a crackling noise is heard.
4.) Middle button works MOST of the time.

NEVER have I had this much trouble from other bluetooth devices. I sincerely believe that Bose chose to overcomplicate the QC35 bluetooth module under the guise of functionality and produced a mediocre (at best) experience for the customer. What is the point of bluetooth headphones that cannot remain connected?

    Bluetooth needs Help...

Bose... Always great sound... True in the 35 as well.
When the Blue tooth works, they are great...

Blue tooth needs help... or perhaps mine does :-)

Set up documentation could use a little help also.

    Best Headphones Ever!

For the first time ever I now like wearing headphones! Sooo comfortable and quiet with crystal clear sound. I feel so free from the usual distractions ... everything else I've tried has either fallen out, off or slid around, irritated the skin or had harsh sounds. With these it's just about the music!

    Great H/Phones

Great phones, NC very good and BT a bonus. But not good out doors in the wind. You can hear the wind in the 2 microphones so it's not true when it says even in windy environments.

    Best Headphone owned so far..

I recently replaced my 7years old QC15 byQC35. Not disappointed so far. Great sound, excellent noise cancelling engine. They seems very robust. Yes they are pricey. But no regrets so far.

Pairing is easy and just works. Connection is stable and don't cut intermittently. I love the fact that you can pair more than one device at the same time.

I hope they will last me for the next seven year....
