    LOVE IT

This is such a great, well thought out dock. It works with all my iPhone 6s cases. I was worried about it scratching my Stainless Steel Apple Watch because the iPhone part has a soft touch base and back so it won't scratch the phone but the Watch portion does not. However, the way the watch rests on the stand, this isn't a huge concern if I'm super careful. I feel a little uneasy but not enough to rate it 4 stars.

    Doesn't work with iPhone 7

Like several other reviewers, it's not working with my brand new iPhone 7 plus. Acts like it's constantly connecting and disconnecting. Extremely disappointing.

    It's GREAT! I LOVE IT..

I'm reading some of the reviews and I have to say, I'm quite surprised.
I bought the dock a few days ago with my new iPhone 7 and apple watch, I also had the standard apple dock which I hated. I couldn't get any case to work with it. The belkin valet charge dock has adjustable hight for the lightning charger which I'm pretty sure is going to work with any case. It's working for my cases and I'm pretty happy about that. It supports the weight of my iPhone and the watch. I honestly have 0 complaints. it looks nice, it works. Yeah, magnet isn't very strong on the apple watch charger, but who cars I set it down and go to sleep I;m not kicking and swinging in my sleep to be knocking it off lol.. Ill give this 5 starts because it does deserve it.

    thanks.

Enjoyed it.. Until getting an iPhone 7 - Does not support iPhone 7

I got a Belkin Valet last year and have generally enjoyed it. After getting my iPhone 7 I tried docking it and noticed odd behavior- it would immediately switch between charging/not charging/charging very quickly. Then, no charge at all. I thought it was an issue with my iPhone, or perhaps my specific Belkin Valet, however after contacting them they told me iPhone 7 is not on the list of compatible devices and that I was out of luck. Which is true according to their product listings, but also its insane that this $130 dock is not future proof, and can't charge a device with the same lightning port as the 6 and 6S. The same applies to the new Powerhouse dock they literally just released. Like myself, I doubt many people are going to even going to think this wouldn’t be compatible with a new iPhone, and will buy this for their iPhone 7 only to be very disappointed. I also think there will be a lot of people out there like myself that are upgrading to the iPhone 7 only to have their dock rendered useless.

    Returning It

    Pros:
    Can use with a case

    Cons:
    Weight
    Weak magnet
    Angle of watch charger
    Placement of watch charger

Like most people, I charge my devices overnight. As such, I keep my docks on my nightstand. The angle is wrong for the watch part of the dock. Making it adjustable would be great. The magnet is also very weak and the watch moves around quite a bit. The dock isn't heavy enough to support the 6 Plus. I picked up my phone, and the dock came with it. Like most people, I wear my watch on my left wrist, and the watch is on the right side, which doesn't make sense to me. I felt like this product needed some tweaking before being released. This dock will allow you to use a case. The height of the lightning connector is adjustable.

Great product! Charges both my phone and watch flawlessly. Very Happy!

I bought it for myself and wanted a charge all dock. My ONLY complaint is that it doesn't support my 12.9" iPad Pro. If it had that, this product would be unstoppable.

    Well worth the money.

I received this as a gift, and to be honest, I probably would have struggled to justify spending this much for a docking station, but if I were buying one now, this would be it.

It's reassuringly sturdy and nicely put together, so it sits solidly on the bedside table, and the design is sleek and minimalist- does justice to the look of iPhone and Apple Watch.

As it's powered from it's own mains plug, it frees up 2 USB chargers and gets rid of the tangle of cables by the bed.

In conclusion, if you're thinking of buying a docking stand but think this is a bit pricey, it's worth saving for a few weeks and investing in this one. Even at this price, it's great value for money.

    Overall a good product

I bought this to keep my iPhone in an upright position on my nightstand. I used my phone as an alarm, so I like being able to have it standing so I don't have to fumble with it when hitting the snooze button or turning off the alarm. I liked the idea of having my phone and watch on the same stand. There are pros and cons to the this concept.

The watch sits very nicely upon the watch magnetic charger. It holds it place, and has an adapter if you wish to close your watch band around the adapter. This helps it remain even more secure upon the stand. Keep in mind that its a magnet….it's not super strong. A solid bump can knock it off the stand.

The phone portion of the stand is nice in that the metal stand behind the phone helps prevent the phone from tipping backwards. I love the lighting connector can be raised or lowered to accommodate the case on my phone. I don't have to remove my case to charge it. Yet, when its plugged in, the phone still rests on the stand, not just the connector, which provides greater stability. Basically, the only thing that moves up and down is the connector. This was thought out very well!

The product is nice looking, but it does leave room for potential issues. The floating watch stand does mean of course that you can accidentally knock your watch off the stand. The same applies to the phone. Even though both are sitting securely on their "nests", you want to keep in mind that you should be cautious to avoid knocking the devices off the stand. This of course has nothing to do with the devices, but rather the user.

Overall, I really have enjoyed using the product. I've had it for a few months now and have enjoyed the functionality, small footprint and design. I just make sure that when I reach over to turn off my alarm, to be careful not to knock off my watch.

If I was to offer a suggestion, it would be to find a way to "lock" the devices in place. Maybe a little clip on the side of the stand that could clip the watch in place and maybe a "side" guide on each side of the phone base, in which to slide and guide the phone in to place, keeping it even more stable.

It would probably be helpful to those considering this product to "show" it's features….it really would make a difference. I bought it not knowing how it worked. Simple enough with the nice brochure inside the box. Maybe making that available to the public would answer the questions that come to mind when considering this product.
