    Plastic broke

Expensive option that i would of expected to last longer than 6 months before breaking. Bottom plastic snapped and keyboard separating from outer case. Get sick of wasting my time having to constantly return stuff that should last.

Great Case with Keyboard and Pencil holder

Excellent case and keyboard. Has apple pen holder which holds the pen firmly. The keyboard is responsive and nice to type on. Very solid case which protects the iPad well and you can fold back the keyboard out of the way. the case is a little heavy but otherwise a really good solid case.

I like it very much and it's better than Apple keyboard but Apple has a different feeling when you touch it.
+logitech has a load of shortcuts and i love it. It's a wonderful keyboard. I strongly recommend it.

    Works Intermittently

I bought this case a couple months ago, and it stops working all the time. I'm using a brand new iPad Pro, so it shouldn't be a problem of the ipad. Hard resetting the ipad doesn't fix the problem either. I'm not impressed, and I'll be contacting Logitech

    KEys a poppin

Yes just started popping and no way to fix as far as I can see -not even an option to send it back to Logitech or even better would get a replacement easily.

Backlighting does not stay on as you type - then you lose your place because the keyboard has basically shutdown and does not respond for a few swesconds....

This keyboard is very well made and compliments the iPad perfectly.
The keyboard itself is actually quite heavy, however, this is not a problem for me.

    5 stars, would recommend.

    Faulty design

I really liked this keyboard above all others I looked at. It has a great keyboard, a place for the pencil and excellent protection of the entire unit. I bought it and within a week the case cracked on the right side next to the speaker. The housing is quite thin there and I see it as a design flaw. I sent it in for warranty to Logitech and it took nearly a month to get it approved and a new one shipped. I have had the new one for about a month and guess what? It cracked again.

    Looking for another option now.

    Dependable service

I purchased this in September 2016. In February 2017, I suddenly discovered that a part has broken, though did not drop it ever. I emailed the customer care and I was pleasantly surprised when I received a replacement within 7 days without any question asked. Fantastic sutomer service! Fabulous!

Major Design Flaw Cracks iPad Screen

I love everything about this case but for one MAJOR design flaw. Closing the case with the Apple Pencil in the built-in sleeve cracks the IPad Pro screen. The crack is directly aligned with the edge of the pencil holder sleeve. It's a major design flaw , but when I contacted the company, all they did was send me an identical case as a replacement, which does NOT solve the problem. So beware! Logitech, you need to redesign this feature

    Not Impressed!

I wish I had done more research into this keyboard before I purchased it. It doesn't hold the iPad very well and as a result my brand new iPad now has a cracked screen and a dent on the corner of my iPad. I'm so disappointed and upset that it didn't provide the protection is should have by holding the iPad in place and now I have a brand new damaged iPad Pro!!!

Ok as a keyboard, fails at everything else

I like the keys as they have a nice tactile feel, they are spaced proportionately and this keyboard it is slightly more stable than the Apple version. The keyboard works excellent when on a table or flat surface but if you want to lay in bed, type in your lap or anything other than a solid, flat surface it often disconnects and it becomes an annoying game of switching back and forth between the keyboard and the virtual keyboard. If you want to use one of the external volume buttons you'll have to press so hard that it leaves a visiable impression of the function in surface of your finger tip. The first time I slipped the actual iPad popped right out of the cover and smashed on the hardwood floor from a two foot drop...I'm not saying I'm not careful with my devices but I can say that the previous generations of iPads had another keyboard/case and they survived countless drops and slips without a single broken screen. I like the fact that I don't have to link my device via Bluetooth but it also decreases the life of my battery very fast even when I'm not typing, I'm lucky if the battery lasts a few hours without being plugged in. It also has somewhere to keep my Apple Pencil which is nice although it also makes closing the keyboard a little awkward as it binds slightly when folding and often requires a second attempt to fold it properly. Take this all with a grain of salt but as soon as there is "the other option" (that I cant say here without being censored), this keypad will find its way back into its box and relegated to a backup device.

    Right side breaks easity

It's a decent case, and the keyboard is just amazing, however, I've gone through 2 of them in 6 months. The problem was always the piece of plastic on the right hand side where you press to take the ipad out. I even tried to use the left hand side when I remember, but the right side still broke... Not sure if I'm just not using it right now something, but can't say the case is durable. Despite the quality of the keyboard, 3 stars. :(

    Useful features, no protection

I like the pen holder and the keyboard. However, the iPad has fallen out of it several times. Also, if it is standing up and falls forward it expels the iPad face down onto the table or floor or wherever, likely breaking it. It needs to be redesigned to hold the iPad more securely and offer better protection.

Best iPad Pro keyboard with Smart Connector

When I purchased my 9.7" iPad Pro, I bought it because I loved the potential the Smart Connector offered for all-day productivity. This keyboard has the awesome functionality of featured buttons for specifics tasks (volume up/down, searchx, etc.) that you don't get on other Smart Connector Keyboards. I also thoroughly enjoy that this keyboard has backlit keys - using them as we speak. This is a discreet, but powerful and without question, a necessary and essential feature. Note:Apparently there is a known issue where the right arrow key does not light up, but the button works fine. I highly recommend this keyboard if you want to get things done and truly enjoy your iPad Pro purchase.

    Great but there's a flaw.

All of the pictures on the box show every key lit. However when you get it home and get it all set up, you'll notice the right arrow key and the space bar don't light up. Logitech claims it's a known problem and it's because they couldn't fit lights into the bottom right corner or under the space bar. If you're not OCD you'll be able to overlook this design flaw. Still a very good keyboard, love the feel of the keys and I even appreciate the heft and weight it gives to the iPad. Feels like a solid product.

    Perfect but....

The typing experience is nothing short of excellent. Volume control, brightness adjustment, backlighting etc. and a home button are all there to make you more productive. For its functionality this has to be the best productivity accessory by far.

But, there is a catch. The iPad is about light weight computing without compromise and on this front the combination is too heavy. For the same weight and to a degree the same cost you can have a full blown MacBook. This is a shame and I hope something Logitech can address soon.

    Logitech CREATE 9.7 inch keyboard

I bought this keyboard less than 24 hours ago for $169 plus tax in store. It already doesn't work. The iPad keyboard comes up automatically as if this one is not even connected to it. Either the 3 prong connecting points are faulting on the keyboard, or its the new iPad Pro 9.7 inch. I will be returning the keyboard immediately to Apple. I've been reading a lot of bad reviews on this product. I'm wondering why Apple is still selling it? Has anyone been experiencing connection problems with the apple version of the keyboard?

Really good alternative to Apple's keyboard

Solid case for the iPad Pro 9.7. Keyboard has a very nice feel, with better feedback for touch typists than the Apple version. Moreover this functions as a case to protect front and back of iPad. No real issues, but if want to use an iPad as a reader, you'll feel the keys on your hand. But they're not active since it's not connected to the smart connector. I love this keyboard. Really makes the iPad pro close to a computer.

    Best keyboard case yet!

After using Logitech's keyboard cases for prior iPad models with great results, I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of CREATE for iPad Pro 9.7. Totally worth the wait. I am a fan of the Apple Smart Keyboard and used it for several months without issue, but this is a superior replacement. The backlit keyboard is a welcome addition. The touch and placement of the keys are so comfortable, there is no learning curve at all. The iPad installs easily into the case with conveniently prominent volume buttons. This case adds a negligible amount of weight to the iPad Pro, but it's a sturdy case that feels well made and not a huge compromise at all. The inclusion of a place to store the Apple Pencil is also a huge benefit over other keyboard cases. I use my iPad over my MacBook 100 percent of the time with a great keyboard case and this one fits the bill perfectly.
