    Terrible, DO NOT BUY

This screen protector does NOT cover the entire screen and creates a rainbow effect from certain viewing angles. Very frustrating, Apple please reconsider selling this item! Especially enraged because this item was recommended by the Apple in-store staff.

POOR QUALITY - DONT BUY - CRACKED IN 5 DAYS

Absolute waste of money. DO NOT BUY...! It cracked in 5 days. I DIDNT drop my phone...! Nothing landed on it OR hit the screen..! It just cracked. It was bought at an Apple store & installed by Apple staff. I wanted the best & Apple staff recommended this product. I DONT like how it doesn’t cover the whole screen either. Im wondering if there is currently a bad batch of these Belkin protectors with weakness in them....as from reading the reviews after this has happened to me this seems to be a trending issue with these screen protectors...?

Having dropped my phone numerous times, this protection has saved my phone. Yes, the protection cover has cracked - it is supposed to do so - if that's cracked, think what it would have done if you hadn't got it - smashed your screen instead. So worth the money opposed to paying for a new screen. Had it replaced once because dropped it and had cracked a few times. Apple staff are always helpful. Ignore the other reviews. It doesn't break on its own - they'll have dropped or banged their phones.

    Do NOT buy. AVOID!!

Over priced. Poor quality. I have gone through 4 (four) of these Belkin screen protectors in less than 1 year on a iPhone 7 Plus. The last one cracked in less than 2 weeks without even dropping the phone. Apple should be embarrassed they are selling this item.

Scratched within 4 days and broke within a week

My cheapie screen protector lasted forever and never scratched. I bought this expensive one and low and behold it scratches and breaks within a week. Apple applied it in store and threw out the box etc so you can't register it or get a refund. I will say Apple puts it on perfectly using the Belkin applicator...

    Cracked the First Day

Bought this twice. Both times lasted less than 3days. The second only a few hours. Bad quality. Don't waste your money and buy this.

I like it but Your Experience May Vary...

My wife got one of these for the iPhone 6S. She had it applied at the store and kept it for a handful of months before removing it. She did not feel that it offered additional protection to her phone. My son got one for his iPhone 7 in October of 2016. By February of 2017 it was cracked although you would have to look for the cracks to see it. I just purchased a new one for him at the Apple store as well as getting one for my iPhone 6S. After 2 weeks I would say that I'm happy so far.

    Likes:

It's applied with an alignment jig at the Apple store so the screen protector is always aligned correctly and bubble free.

    Dislikes:

Belkin sells this with a limited lifetime warranty. Practically this means you may have to:

    * Send back the broken/defective screen protector at your own cost;
    * Receive a new unit and return to the Apple store to have it installed.

I have a 12South surface pad on my iPhone 6S I had expected that this screen protector would hold to abuse from my drivers license better than plastic screen protectors do. But after two weeks I'm noticing scratches on the screen protector made by my drivers license. Sigh, better on the screen protector than on the iPhone's glass I guess.

    Summary:

For me practically, the easiest thing to do was to buy the second unit and then return the first to Belkin for a replacement. If it breaks again, I'll take the spare to the Apple store and repeat the process.

Finally I should mention that Belkin opted to waive the return requirement for me so long as I sent them a picture of the broken screen protector. This is still in process so I will update this review if things do not go as planned.

    IrritatingGlass

I am not one to write reviews but this has compelled me to. Firstly: the cost. I can remember when these things were £10-£15 for two, and it wasn't that long ago. So £25 for one - is that because it's in application tray. Because if it is, it's an unjustified hike in price. The actual screen protector was attached to the tray wonkily, so I couldn't, for love nor money, get it to go on straight. And this was after the actual screen protector had come off with the protective film. After I'd managed to attach it to my poor phone, it was still skewiff, creating a rainbow line down the side of my screen as the light refracts through it. Poor design. Very tempted to visit an Apple store to complain.

    Cracks without being dropped!

This screen protector is horrible. The screen protector continues to crack without even being dropped and I've only had it for three months. This product is horribly made and not worth the money spent.

    Do not buy

After buying 2 of these screen protectors for 2 brand new phones, I may as well have thrown almost £50 in the dustbin. Absolutely awful to fit despite watching the video as recommended. Awful product and a complete waste of money.

    Poor Quality .

I purchased screen Protector Two Week ago. In those two weeks I have had to get it replaced twice . Due to the screen protector chipping and cracking by its self . Have never dropped phone nor have I applied pressure . Always been in a case . It's a waste of money. Do not buy this .

    Rubbish! Keeps breaking?

Had the glass fitted in the Apple Store when I picked up my new phone.
Never spent £25 on a screen protector before but wanted to protect my 7+.
Within a few days I noticed a small chip at the side by volume buttons.
Bearing in mind I look after my phones like one of my children I couldn't believe how this would of happened.

A few days later, I noticed another up the top by the front facing camera.
Definitely not been dropped, scratched or near anything that would damage it.

Another few weeks later, a third chip.

When are bits falling off with no impact damage???

Avoid this and by a cheaper one that will do a lot better job!

    Great screen protector

The Screen protector may not cover the whole screen but it covers just enough to provide maximun protection.
Its a crystal clear glass so the screen resolution is almost perfect compared to the anti glare screens.
I have has this screen protector on my 7 Plus for 4 weeks now and I am very happy with it.

    Not worth the money

I got the Belkin InvisiGlass put on my new 7 plus, as recommended by the salesperson. It's just 2 days later and it has already cracked. I'll be going back to the simple, under $20 screen I had on my previous phone for 2 years with no issue!

    CRACKS WITHOUT DROPPING PHONE!!!

I got my iphone 7 plus a few weeks ago, I was asked if I needed a screen protector, of course I said yes and placed a ""popular" screen protector by an apple person, only one option, so I was never informed that it was glass, now less than 30 days and it is cracked. Basically anything hard that touches the screen would do it, but the apple guys were very mean and said that I dropped the phone. very frustrated, I guess they were promoting this Belkin brand because they have a machine for placing that kind of screen. Nice improvement on placing a screen protector effortlessly but not worth the $40+ for less than a month of use. I had non glass before and lasted a few years on my iPhone 6 plus. Apple does not replace this for free, they advice me to ether buy another one or use the phone without it. With apple care apparently they can replace the screen if broken for $29 or so.

    Not impressed with this product

I had this fitted at the apple store when I bought my new phone. 2 weeks later and I find a crack across the middle of the screen. It has not been dropped. Hoping they will replace it as it is an expensive screen protector that is not fit for purpose.
