    Luv My Beddit 3

The Beddit 3 works great and provides excellent feedback on my quality of sleep. I love the tips it provides on things that can assist in getting better sleep. The device is excellent quality and a great upgrade from the original Beddit I had. I recommend this to anyone that wants good feedback on their sleeping patterns. I'm definitely a very happy customer.

Valuable sleep data; easy to use, and excellent customer service

Beddit 3 is simple to use and combines just the right amount of sensitivity to gather meaningful data about my sleep. I am a shift worker and with such a variety in my sleeping schedules learning more about the relationship between various daily factors and sleep quality has been very valuable. I share a bed with my wife and the device has no trouble determining my movements from my spouse's as there is no noticeable difference is sleep measurements taken when I am in bed alone or not. On the customer service side of things, when I had a question about the device I received an immediate and helpful reply. Overall, I am certainly a happy Beddit customer.

    Great product

Beddit has helped me get better sleep by showing me better sleep habits. I did a sleep study that ended with a cpap prescribed for me to get better sleep. Tried it for weeks but never sleep good till I got my Beddit1. I slowly started watching what I ate and drank before going to bed and Beddit gave me a grade on how well I slept and let me make adjustments for better sleep. I started out with scores in the low 50's and now I am in the mid 90's. I feel so much better and finally feel rested. I no longer use the cpap since a nightly decongestant works for me. For me this has been a great product well worth the price! I have not had any connection problems but I always use the manual connect and not the automatic side. I always like to get my sleep score when I get up. Give it a try but keep a diary as to what you do,eat, and drink before bed and see how well you score. Good luck!

    I love my Beddit 3

I'm enjoying my Beddit Sleep Tracker because it helps me see the efficiency of my sleep. The quality (efficiency) of sleep is just as important as the number of hours of sleep. Beddit also helps me see my sleep patterns and what times of the night I get my best sleep.

    Very detailed monitoring!

The level of information the Beddit can provide is surprising.

I really enjoy how the app links up with the iPhone health app to show you all your vitals.

You can even put in notes for each night of sleep to track other aspects of your behavior.

Had a couple drinks that night, what impact did that have on your depth of sleep or your heart rate while sleeping?

You'll be able to know! And I really enjoy the new update that provides the room temperature and humidity to track those influences as well. I'm curious with the summer approaching, how impactful the hotter temperatures will be on my quality of sleep.

Would recommend to anyone who wants accurate information of their sleeping behavior.

    Great product

Works well although it fails occasionally on always on but I am sure this will be remedied in a future update. Greatly improved from the previous model.

    Great sleepmonitor!

I think Beddit 3 is great, now it's clear for me how much sleep I take and what the quality of my sleep is. What my pulse is during my sleep, and what the bedroom temperature and humidity are. The service is great too, my Beddit stopped. One week later I saw a email from Beddit in my spambox..
Beddit gave me the opportunity to make an upgrade for Beddit 3 for free. I'm very happy about that.

Great IOS App and Sleep Monitor

I've been using the Beddit monitor for approximately 2 years now and it has given me a great deal of insight into what's going on in the 1/4 to 1/3rd of my life spent sleeping. With other health monitors I could keep track of how my daily routine had an effect on my wellness, but nighttime was somewhat of a mystery. Not with Beddit. I have had zero problems with the IOS app and find it easy to install and navigate. In my earlier version, the actual monitor strip that lays on the bed became difficult to keep in place. The new version eliminated that problem entirely. I spoke with the Beddit staff early on in my use of the original version and was pleased to hear how passionate they were about providing a nice product. I hope to be using my Beddit for years to come.

    Great product and service

The new Beddit sleep monitor is great. Over the years I've tried a lot to track my sleep, including wearing the clip-on Fitbit and using just an app to track my movements in bed, but they don't collect as much data as the Beddit and also they're just not as easy to use. I love the new sensor that sits under my fitted sheet; I don't even notice it, and the app works really well providing the right information at a glance. I've also been really impressed with their customer service...they're really keen to make sure everyone is happy with their product.

    What a great idea...

...But for those who bought the older versions, the iOS app stopped supporting anything but the newest hardware; When I inquired, they said over 70% of users were using the newest version, so they were dropping the other users to "concentrate on Beddit 3". Of course they wouldn't offer to upgrade you to compensate for their laziness, they'll give you a refund instead...if you can produce your receipt. Sounds like a half-brained tech operation, and I won't be putting more money into it, just to be cut off when their lazy coders find their dumpy software from previous versions too hard to support. It's unfortunate that all the other sleep trackers assume you want to make a style statement, but I think I'll just try going to sleep earlier.

Completely inaccurate and stopped working completely with iPhone 7

Same problem as others. Innaccurate readings (saying I was getting less than two hours sleep a night), manufacturer never got back to me with my requests for help and refuses to connect to iPhone 7 at all.

    Does NOT Deliver on Promises

I have used the Beddit and Beddit 2 and they worked great. The Beddit 3 works less than half the time. It won't detect me even being in the bed most of the time or it doesn't detect me until the night is half over. I've complained to customer service a number of times and always get a different response. Most recently they admitted this was a known issue but that a future firmware update was going to fix it. The update came and the problem continues. I would give this device negative stars if it was possible and customer service is so poor that the company shouldn't even continue to exist. Try a different brand and save yourself the headache.

    Lasted 1 month

Worked well for a month, then deteriorated quickly. First it started saying things like it took me 8 minutes to fall asleep and immediately after falling asleep i left my bed for an hour and a half. To put this in perspective i have a single bed and there isnt a feasible way for me to sleep on it without being over the sensor! Then it started saying that id snore 95% of the night one night and 0% the next, heart rate graph shows just one point for an entire 8 hours of sleep. Now it doesnt show the heart rate graph at all, nor does it add any record of heart rate to apple health. It also says that i've slept with 100 percent efficiency when id actually got out of bed stopped my alarm, gone to the toilet then went back to bed, this seemingly didn't register and yet it'll randomly say i left my bed for an hour in the middle of the night. The few times it does produce a heart rate reading its around 40-60 bpm difference from my apple watch (whether that speaks of the watch's accuracy or this device i don't know)

Therefore the main issue is you can't rely on a single one of the metrics being valid. I may as well just write down how much i guess i slept when i wake up as it'll probably be just as accurate. If it was consistent in its errors at least you could ignore them but its seemingly random on what its going to get wrong each night. Instead of seeing the unit costing 129.99 think of it as 129.99 a month as that appears to be how long the device lasts.

there's a sleep app on the app that's like £5, it doesnt have automatic measurement but it worked for an entire year last year and works out 26 times cheaper and infinitely more accurate. Also the automatic measurement on the beddit sometimes still thinks im in bed when im in the car driving to work 45 minutes after leaving my bed. I would say i have a defective device but it worked well for a month before being completely useless.

Inaccurate and will not allow you to use Bluetooth headphones

I purchased this from the Apple Store and returned it after one night, why? Because I know for a fact that I woke up, left my bed, and returned four times during the night. In the morning it only recorded one time away from bed.... one out of four in my opinion is a failure. Also, I like to listen to white noise through my Bluetooth headphones when I cannot sleep. While the app is running, manadatory for it to work, you use Bluetooth headphones.

Disables "Hey Siri" when in use...

Great device and app but disables "Hey Siri" when in use. I use "Siri" to turn off all of the lights at night while laying in bed, if Beddit was already tracking my movement Siri would not function at all. If this ever gets solved I would definitely purchase again.

Beddit 3 has changed my life

I suppose I got lucky as I had never heard of this product but my iPad Pro listed it as an accessory available and Beddit 3 just happened to have just been released. I have a serious sleep disorder and was looking for a product just like this, one that monitors my sleep in detail including the amount of time spent snoring by giving it access to my microphone. The time to fall asleep, and the number of times I wake up and even get up, I have a degree in Statistics and I find the numbers it provides me with enough to improve my health both my mental health and my physical health as well. Other things like my Fitbit Charge 2 claim to monitor sleep but this is the only thing I have found that actually does it as that's it's sole function and the room temperature and humidity are valuable as well. My friend Dave has an iPhone and I have already recommended it. I have an iPad Pro and just wi-fi so it took a little getting used to as it needs to be plugged in, and close by, but worth it. If your looking for a sleep tracker this is the one for me anyway

    Great device

I have been wanting to track my sleep for a long time as I believed I was probably not getting enough sleep. Beddit 3 Sleep Tracker is the device I have been looking for. It's easy to install and gives plenty of information to review your sleeping habits. I particularly like that I don't have to wear a device on my wrist. With the feedback and changes suggested for me to possibly get more sleep, I have taken the advice and seem to be getting a more restful sleep.
