Best costumer support I have ever had on any product, BY FAR

I bought the first "buttons" that came out about a year ago right before they discontinued them. Due to what i guess what a product issue sadly, because they are a top product, I wrote an email to the i.am+ support through their website trully believeing I would never get a reply or if I did, it would be one of those replies that basically say "life happens...have a nice day".
Instead, I was replied by Alex, manager, whom politely, patiently, and positively, listened to my issue, understood the problem, gave me immediate solutions, cared to explain and solve other questions I had.
In the end, I got everything solved, in an amazing time spand and an amazing feeling of being treated more than like a client, like a friend. I would not hesitate to tell anyone to buy i.am+ Buttons.
    Thank you, Alex.

Look great! Sound is better than I expected.

I travel a lot so wanted something that I could easily snap on and off. I looked at a few other options but liked the look and feel of these, and the fact that they match my iPhone. The best part is that they sound amazing! One week in, and I'm very happy with the purchase so far.

    Great Bluetooth Headphones

Really happy with my purchase of these wireless headphones. Was waiting for the release of the airpods, but when that didn't happen - started looking for an alternative. Came across the buttons and looked like a great option. Couldn't be happier. The sound is great, they match my iPhone perfectly and they actually look good when I wear them. Would definitely recommend.

Looks Awesome | Lacks HiFi | Expensive

The i.am+ BUTTONS look amazing around the neck and material feels premium. However, for $299.95 they should sound decent or exceptionally great. The headphones are definitely slacking in sound quality. I'd rather have great sound than fashion.

    Can you hear me now?

I bought these on day one, and can't seem to get the review through... so I'll try, try again, to save someone else time and money. These are in my ears right now while others charge, and I never could get them to fit right. I went through the many fidgety selections, and they still slip 'n' slide all over if I move around at all. For the dope? Nope.

    Cute Earphones, Decent Sound, Expensive

I'm not audiophile, but I think these earphones produce decent sound. They're actually cute too. The metal disks are pretty and eye catching. I guess that's what they are going for. The cables seem sturdy, but they're quite long with no cable management system included. I've done a few phone calls with zero complaints regarding voice quality. People seem to hear me clearly. It's Bluetooth 4.0, which apparently is older technology whatever that means. Overall these are pretty earphones and they fit me well, but are EXPENSIVE at 229. I think 150ish is the right price for this.
