    Not working anymore

We have really enjoyed the printer until today. We cant get a Bluetooth connection with an iPhone or an iPad. I don't know if the LifePrint app update had anything to do with it but now we have a printer that is not working. It was fun while it lasted. If anyone has any ideas on how i can get it to work please let me know.

    great product, but some flaws

really cool product, received it as a christmas present from my dad. i love that you can print videos and normal photos. however, i've printed about 13 pictures and all have come out the same; very low quality resolution, very dull colouring. i've tried editing them to make them brighter but they still came out the same, it is as though they are fuzzy and blurred, it doesn't print distinct images

Got this little printer and now have photos all over the house. Kids love to go around and look at photos through iphone/ ipads brining our family adventures to life! Not sure how this magic device works but really cool technology. Recommend this for Grandparents/ parents not just for kids. HAVE FUN with photos/ videos.

    The Future is here!

Nice small very portable printer that easily connects via Bluetooth. Prints with Z inc inkless paper so no mess. The prints are smaller at 3x2 but that is common for this size printer. The quality of print is much nicer than those of comparable printers released a few years ago. The magic starts after you haver assigned a short video to the photo and then you print it out. You can share the photo on the free cloud service and anyone can print the photo using the printer. Using the Life print app is ok but when you hold up the phone to the photo the magic happens and the photo seems to come alive. I made so many people smile showing them. Like kids with a new toy ! I highly recommend this printer.

    Excellent Product!

As a "senior" user (that is in age, not experience), Lifeprint is a very user friendly printer with great quality prints! It has a much more personal feel than just sending a picture or video over the Internet. I love it!

    Defective printer

My LifePrint started to print out all the photos with streaks on them. I put in new paper, same thing. I contacted Apple and they responded in less than 30 minutes. I sent them a photo of what was happening, and they replaced my printer immediately and sent some extra film packs as well. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and I love my LifePrint. Everyone that I have shown it to wants to know where I got it. Love love love this product!!!!!

    Brilliant but disappointing

I really do love this. The concept is brilliant and playing the videos from the pic is unreal. However the printer itself Is
Very flimsy, I had to put an elastic band around it. Not the quality I'd expect for something being sold via Apple. The cover keeps falling off. No instructions. The cover card. I still don't know whether it has to be put through before each print. The print quality of the actual photos is shockingly poor. They are tiny aswell but I knew that before I purchased it. The app is a disaster. Only works half the time. After my initial purchase i just gave up using it because whenever I wanted to show off the magic of the videos it wouldnt work at all. I'm hoping that at least the app has a major update so that at least the printer would be more reliabe! I'd still recommend it just don't expect to use it to print decent photos!

    Loved it at first...

Tried 2 different times. With the first printer The Hyperphoto didn't work and customer service stopped responding. Returned that one and tried again. Second one stopped printing after 8 prints. Hints:. Photos must be lightened. Don't expect true colors. Have greenish hue. Pinks come out maroon. Use rubber bands to keep top on printer. NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME

    wonderful experience

The Lifeprint Photo and Video Printer is an incredible way to bring printed photos back to life. It's easy to use and extremely portable, creating wallet prints and stickers on the go no matter where you are. The advanced technology used behind the product is evident in the quality of prints as well as the concept of hyperreal photos and videos. I love my printer and use it all the time.

    Such a hit

brought this to some holiday parties and new years - we loved the printer and then people loved when they saw the added AR feature. I left a photo with a nice secret message for my GF and won mega points. Really like this printer to capture moments in ways you don't expect. getting my mom one for her grand children to send her messages and prints.

Very poor quality prints of photos - taking it back to get a refund

Great idea to have a portable printer which can create hard copy photographs of videos or Live Photos which come to life when you view them through the app, however the colour in the actual prints is terrible. Muddy colours and a dull overall look. When it is all said and done, this is a printer. What's the point if the prints are poor quality. When I watched the Apple employee demonstrate the store printer I assumed that the dull colours in his photo was due to the delay in the colour intensifying, which I had read about. At home I kept waiting for my photo prints to continue developing intensity but they all remained lifeless after a couple of hours and in no way reflected the true colours of the photos. I even printed two identical photos - one with the app editing feature to enhance it and the other without. They look identical. For example, the photo is of a child wearing a hot pink troll wig. In both prints the wig comes out a dull maroon. I was prepared for the tiny size of the prints as I'd read the information from Apple and Life Print's own site, but I'd suggest to Life Print that they consider making the option for larger size prints, and definitely improve the print quality. The app works well for me and the instruction were good. I hope this company does well, but they need to up their game to compete with other printers. The gimmick of the prints "coming to life" or being able to share prints with friends who also have a Life Print printer won't get them by.

Top class product - great gadget

Love it... got a present of it for Christmas - having great fun with the family looking at the AR photos. Yes - a little fiddly with recognising the AR when there is a lightbulb for example reflecting off it - fiddle around with the angles, it works! Also the image isn't absolutely top top top quality - but its grand! I think it's great fun, and a totally different way of looking at photos. Love it love it love it.

    Very Nice

I find this printer extremely useful, even if the instructions are vague. However, on the website for Lifeprint they provide a tutorial video that explains everything needed. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!

    Love it!

I absolutely love this printer..cute wallet sized pictures available in seconds! I had a problem with my printer when I first used it and the founder of the company called me and explained how to fix it and I have not had any problem since. Very neat, highly recommend.

Great photo and video printer...Absolutely love it!

I had to ask questions about a couple of things with printing video. I'm pretty new at this. The customer service team was extremely helpful and solved my problem. I am enjoying it tremendously. What great technology! Can't wait to show everyone! When they make a unit that prints 4x6 I will definitely be buying one.

Pictures come to life: Great tool for B2C !!

Easy setup and fun to use. I ordered while traveling for work and just started using today. My teenage sons(13 and 14) kept saying things like "So cool" and quite a few OMG's! I bought it to use for work but the fun factor is too much to not share with family and friends. We just made a quick birthday card for Mom and cant wait to see her reaction. For work, I am going to use it as a promo piece showing what we do for machining services. For realtors or anyone selling to consumers, this will be a great promo piece. Not sure how they were inspired to make such a great product but for all the Harry Potter fans....your pictures can come to life. Again, GREAT JOB Lifeprint!

AR feature not working and website shows 503 errors

Bought this for Christmas for my kids. Testing it out in advance, the printer is fine but the instructions are oblique to say the least – the AR video onboarding implied by holding the quick setup guide in front of the app doesn't work.

No I have printing working and that's cool but the AR photos just don't work and their website is constantly down with 503 and related errors. Seems like they don't know how to scale a web site. Very bad.
