    I use it 10 times and now is no working

    Very nice sound

    I really like this speaker. I have quite a few Bose products. This is my third Bluetooth speaker. The sound is clear. The low end is enhanced if you place the speaker against a wall or in corner. Otherwise, it still provides a nice clear and full sound. Also, it is much easier to pack for travel than my larger, earlier generation Sound Link speakers. It paired quite easy with my iPad.
    My only complaint is the loud audible sound to announce the battery level and that it is connected.

    Not sure why everyone left bad reviews. We now of two of these. They work awesome with our Apple TV and iPhones. They are fantastic and sound like we have a professional sound system when we turn both on. It’s akso great when my parents visit because my dad is hard of hearing and I can place one speaker in front of him, so that he can hear and we don’t have to turn the TV up so loud that the rest of us have bleeding ears. For those having difficulties, download the Bose app!! Everyone that comes over wants to buy these when they hear them.

    Very disappointing

    I bought a SoundLink Color 2 to replace a JBL Flip 3 that died. I read several reviews and some of them mentioned the speaker shut off randomly. The reviews were at least a year old, so I hoped the problem had been addressed by Bose. Apparently, the problem was not addressed and my speaker shut off randomly. I completed the update with the app and I made sure the speaker was fully charged, but it didn't help. I was also disappointed with the sound. It was not up to Bose standards. I have several other Bose products and my goal was to go "All Bose – all the time!" I've already purchased a JBL Flip 4 to replace the Flip 3 that died. I'm going to return the Color 2 immediately, even though it hurts me to be so disappointed in a Bose product.

    Poor Sound Quality

    This unity has poor overall balanced sound quality. The low and lower mid sounds muffled. The overall balance of sound from a macbook air (minus the base) is better than this unit. It sounds like there is a plastic 5 gallon bucket over the speaker. Its a good thing I bought it mainly to listen to podcasts at work. I like that its water resistant and stable.
    My sound system experience has been listening on sennheiser, definitive technology, rotel, and nad. The next speaker we buy we will insist on listening to it first or using a return policy for that purpose.
    This is a case of getting what you paid for. The value of consumer dollar is getting out striped by a lot of factors these days.
    I am rather disappointed as well that in Apple stores you can not listen to the product. The hi-fi market and the computer accessory market don't mix that well or in many places.

    Amazing Speaker!

    I am literally shocked to see someone gave this a bad review. This speaker sounds so good. It's typical Bose sound in a tiny little box. I couldn't be happier with it. I love it. My kids love to borrow it. This is just a great product.

    Terrible product

    Had this product for a couple months now. From the beginning, when it said it had half battery, it would die within minutes. The battery life is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I am now attempting to charge it and it isn't working. Seems to be complete junk. I cannot believe i spent 130 bucks on this for it to be faulty from the beginning and now broken.

    Great sound for a reasonably priced speaker

    I cannot believe the sound that comes out of this small speaker! The bass is incredible. If you are struggling spending the money - it is worth it! It is easy to pair with devices and the battery holds a charge for a long time, even when it is left turned off for a week or two you come back to a fully charged speaker. I got the red coral colour and it lovely. I've only had the speaker for just over 2 months so can't comment on longevity or technical issues that may arise.

    bought the product 2 weeks ago, and I must say of all the bootooth devices this is to most frustrating experiace!
    no other device is so challanging to re-connect, every time is a struggle!
    the support side is utterly useless (make sure it;s switched on / REALLY . . make sure you're in range / side by side and still NOTHING)
    in short . . . PAINFULL ! ! !
